How To make Grilled Lobster with Herb Salad
2 Spiny lobsters, 1 1/2 pounds each
raw and live
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil :
plus 4 T
1/2 Cup fennel fronds
1/2 Cup basil leaves, washed and spun dry
1/2 Cup mint leaves, washed :
and spun dry
1/2 Cup scallions julienned
1/2 Cup Italian parsley leaves, washed :
and spun dry
1/2 Cup chives, cut into -- 4" batons
1/2 Cup chervil leaves
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Preheat grill.
Split lobsters lengthwise, brush each with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and place cut-side down on grill. Lobster should cook in 7 to 10 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, toss all herbs in a mixing bowl with 4 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and zest and season with salt and pepper. Toss to dress and arrange on platter. Remove cooked lobster from grill and arrange on plate, next to herb salad.

Grilled Lobster tails are so good! They are very easy to make also. In this Grilled Lobster Tail Recipe video, I teach you how to make them so that you don't overcook them. I will also teach you a delicious garlic butter glaze that will set them off and make for a perfect pairing for your steak.
Grill Lobster tails till they reach an internal temp of 140 degrees baste thought the cook with the Garlic Butter.
Garlic Butter recipe
1.5 sticks of unsalted butter
2 lemons
2 garlic cloves
pinch of cayenne
hald a handfull of parsley
salt
pepper

Fresh lobster grilled to perfection and basted with a compound butter made with fresh garlic and freshly chopped herbs. A must try recipe!!
INGREDIENTS
GARLIC- HERBED COMPOUND BUTTER
Soft Salted butter (1 stick)
Chopped chive (2 TBSP)
Chopped cilantro (2 TBSP)
Grated garlic (4 cloves)
1) Mix everything together in a bowl.
2) Wrap in plastic wrap & place in freezer or fridge until SOLID.
KILL LIVE LOBSTER
Kill immediately before cooking ( to preserve their freshness) by a quick cleaver through the body.
SEASON THE LOBSTER
After lobster is killed, wash & season with
Salt
Black pepper
Steak seasoning
Olive Oil
(to taste)
