4 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts 2 lemons, juice of
4 or 5 potatoes, peeled and
sliced French-fry style 1/2 c olive oil
1/2 to 1 cup of water

cloves peeled but whole oregano to taste salt to taste pepper to taste Try tossing the potatoes in the oil and lemon juice before adding them. It's incredibly delicious, and while it's cooking, the smell will have everyone in the house salivating. She cooks it in an open pan, but I find the chicken stays moister if you cover it (with aluminum foil or something) for the first half-hour or so. Either way, it tastes great!
Place chicken in a shallow baking tray. Arrange potatoes around chicken pieces. Scatter whole peeled cloves of garlic around chicken and potatoes. Mix together lemon juice and olive oil, and pour evenly over chicken and potatoes. Add water until potatoes are just about covered. Add salt, pepper to taste. Cover chicken and potatoes with generous amounts of oregano. Bake at 350

3 tsp Chef Bae Chicken Seasoning
2 tsp You Feeeel Me Seasoning
2 cups of flour
Cooking oil (to fry the chicken)
1/2 cup of cooking oil
3 tbsp flour
3 cups of water
2 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp chicken boullion
1 tsp smoked paprika

Ingredients
10 pound bag wings
3tbsp smoked paprika
3tbsp granulated garlic
3tbsp thyme leaves
3tbsp Aleppo pepper
3tbsp coriander
3tbsp ground ginger
3tbsp salt more or less of preferred season to your liking. I suggest 2tbsp salt ratio to the 10 pound bag of wings. If you don’t like it too salted

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 large egg
3 tbsp plain all-purpose flour (replace with gluten free flour blend if needed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 brown onion peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 cup (160g) sun dried tomatoes I like the bright red one from the deli counter
1 red bell pepper de-seeded and sliced
1 tbsp tomato puree (paste)
1/3 cup (90ml) white wine
1 cup (240ml) chicken stock (use bouillon for gluten free)
pinch of salt and pepper
1/3 cup (90ml) double (heavy) cream
1/2 packed cup (50g) parmesan cheese grated
3 packed cups (90g) fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp chopped parsley

How to make yummy, mouth watering mixed herb homestyle chicken meatball.
With various herbs and vegetable blended together with chicken breast, we have this yummy meatballs that could be served as a side dish, main dish, even with pasta or any other way you might decide to enjoy have it, so irresistible. This particular dish have no formal ingredients, just little of every herbs and veggies I could pick from my refrigerator to eliminate waste.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast 3pieces
Nutritional yeast 2tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
olive/ vegetable oil 1tbsp
Combination of mixed herbs( fresh parsley, onions, scallion, green pepper, ginger etc)
Procedure:
1 Blend the herbs and veggie together with the chicken breast
2. Season with salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast
3. Mould it in a small ball shape
4 Steam in a pot with 3 or 4 tablespoon of water
5.Steam for about 10 mins
6. Drain out and fry in a greased pan or bake in the oven
when golden brown, ready to be served.
Duration: 40 - 60 mins
Servings 10 - 15
