Kerala Mutton Roast (கேரள மட்டன் ரோஸ்ட்).சுவையான கேரள மட்டன் ரோஸ்ட் நீங்களே செய்யுங்கள்.
Serve Kerala Mutton Roast along with Kerala Style Pulissery Recipe (Mor Kuzhambu) and Steamed rice for a complete meal or can be eaten along with Rotis, Dosa or Kerala Style Appams.
This recipe of Kerala Mutton Roast, is cooked in a tomato onion gravy, spiced with ginger, garlic, and topped off with curry leaves (typical Kerala Style). In this recipe, the mutton is cooked with the bone as it adds more flavour and once it is cooked, the tender and soft mutton falls of the bone.
Ingredients:-
500 grams Mutton.
6 red dry chilli
2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt , as per your taste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder.
For the masala
1Cup of Coconut Oil
4 Onion , finely chopped
2 Tomato , finely chopped
2 inch Ginger , finely chopped
6 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
4 Chilli
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
2 sprig Curry leaves
Salt , as per your taste
