Irish Coffee Martini from The Dead Rabbit in New York City
It’s Women’s History Month but also St. Paddy’s Day! So I'm highlighting one of my favorite Irish bars, The Dead Rabbit in New York City, run by Beverage Director, Jillian Vose. Here’s her cold interpretation of the hot cocktail classic:
IRISH COFFEE MARTINI Chill your serving glass by adding ice and water. Stir briefly. In a cocktail shaker, add: 1/2 oz 2:1 demerara syrup 1 dash aromatic bitters 1.5 oz cold brew coffee 1.5 oz Irish whiskey Add ice and shake well. Empty your serving glass and then fill with the cocktail using a fine strainer. Garnish with lemon oil and discard the peel. Enjoy!
