How To make Galia Melon In Port(Hl)

1/2 cup port wine
2 tablespoons honey
1 large galia melon

peeled

and cut in 1-inch chunks 1 pomegranate
Warm wine and honey in microwave or over low heat on stove. Stir to mix. Place melon in serving bowl. Pour wine mixture over. Chill. Cut pomegranate in quarters; carefully remove seeds. Scatter seeds over melon. Serve cold or at room temperature.
