EBCU workshop Beer and Food presented by Anikó Lehtinen
How to combine beer and food? How to use beer as a food ingredient? The workshop advises easy and good tricks on how to make beer and food taste good together and what advantages beer has when used as a food ingredient. Anikó Lehtinen is a beer journalist and the Chair Person of Olutliitto, the Finnish Beer Consumer Union.

Kopi luwak is a coffee that consists of partially digested coffee cherries, which were eaten and Kopi luwak is produced mainly on the Indonesian islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali, Sulawesi, and in East Timor.

The Mann family name is synonymous with the Swan Valley, one of Australia's oldest regions that is undergoing a revival - with Rob and Gen Mann of Corymbia leading the charge.
Rob's grandfather Jack Mann was the creator of the Chenin Blanc-based staple Houghton White Burgundy, and became one of WA's most celebrated winemakers following 51 straight vintages with the Houghton. Rob himself was one of the crop of hotshots at Hardys during the reign of Stephen Pannell, before Rob was anointed Pannell’s successor as chief at Hardys Tintara. From there he established a name for himself as one of the great talents of his generation during his time at the helm of Cape Mentelle in Margaret River. Genevieve, meanwhile, worked in South Africa, France, California and South Australia prior to moving to Margaret River in 2007 in the role of head winemaker for Howard Park.
The two of them kicked off their own dream, Corymbia, with the 2013 vintage. From their dry-grown, organic-farmed Swan Valley vineyard, the produce a cracking Chenin and a deliciously layered red blend of Tempranillo, Malbec and Cabernet
