How To make Fruit Soup 2
1/2 c Minute Tapioca
1 c Water
4 c Fruit juice*
4 c Fresh,canned or dried fruit
2 tb Honey
1/8 ts Salt
1 md Banana sliced
Vanilla or Almond extract to Taste * apricot, pineapple, pear, white grape Cook tapioca in water and juice until it begins to thicken. Add remaining ingredients, except banana. If using dried fruit, simmer until soft, Other fruits will be cooked enough when they come to a boinl. Serve hot or chilled with banana sliced on top. Dry Fruit Soup || Immune Booster || fat 2 fit
dry fruits soup
Ingredients:
10 Raisins
10 chopped almonds
10 chopped cashews
1/2 cup of carrot
2 garlic cloves freshly chopped
freshly chopped ginger 1 table spoon
2 green chillies
1 tsp corn flour
1tsp of chilli sauce
1 tsp of soya sauce
2 tsp of venigar
1tsp of oil
seasoning: salt and pepper
procedure:
Take a pan
add garlic, ginger and green chillies
saute a minute
now add carrot, cashews, almonds and finally raisins
(Note: don't add raisins first because raisins will cook faster)
give a stir fry for 2 min
(Note: do not overcook the dry fruits because we want all the dry fruits to be crunchy )
add 2 cups of water and add 1/2 tsp of salt (salt according to your taste ) and cover the lid
let it boil for 2 min
now add 2tsp of venigar and 1tsp of soya sauce and 1tsp of chilli sauce
give a good mix
meanwhile take 1tsp of corn flour in that add 3 to 5 tsp of water and mix well (note: make sure there is no lumps)
add these corn flour mixture in to soup and stirr continuously
sprinkle some black pepper and let it boil for one min
Now transfer this yummy soup in to serving bowl and enjoy it

TROPICAL FRUIT SOUP RECIPE:
Ingredients
4 ripe mangoes
1 ½ cups coconut milk
Flesh from 1 young coconut
1 cup plain yogurt
Zest of 1 lime
2 tbsp honey
1 dragon fruit
1 cup pineapple juice
3 cups chopped pineapple
Mint leaves
Preparation
1. Peel and pit three mangoes and roughly chop. Place in a blender along with the pineapple chunks and coconut. Add coconut milk, yogurt, honey and pineapple juice. Puree until you get a very smooth soup. Add half the lime zest.
2. Strain the soup mixture into a bowl and discard the stringy parts. Chill for a couple hours before serving.
3. Cut the last mango and dragon fruit into small cubes and serve on the side to garnish the soup. When ready to serve, pour into cold serving bowls and garnish with mango, dragon fruit segments and lime zest. You can also use shredded coconut, edible flowers and other tropical fruit.

Ingredients
¾ cup sugar
½ water
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can of drained apricot halves
Directions
Gather ingredients
Add water, sugar, and ginger to large pot
Stir occasionally until boiled
Get immersion blender and blend raspberries and lemon juice together
Once boiled add the raspberry mixture
If you want this served cold chill the soup then when ready to serve add apricot halves
If you want this served hot pour soup into bowl then add apricot halves
All done!
Substitutions
-you can substitute raspberries for blackberries
-you can substitute ginger for lemon zest
-you can substitute apricot for peaches
-you can substitute an immersion for regular blender,food processor, or you can smash with fork in a bowl
Tips
-taste soup then add more lemon juice to your liking
-strain out raspberry seeds for a more smooth soup
-the longer you boil the more ginger you would taste
