1 1/2 c Sugar 6 oz (1 1/2 sticks) Margraine 1/2 c Pecans 1/2 c Coconut 1 c Undiluted Evaporated Milk Cook sugar, oleo, and milk until thick. Remove from heat and add pecans and coconut. Pour over hot cake.

Ingredients: CHIFFON CAKE
1 ¼ cake flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ cup sugar
5 egg yolks ⅓ cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla
5 egg whites ½ tsp cream of tartar ⅓ cup sugar
*Bake in two 6-inch round pans for 25-30 minutes at 160C
FILLING AND FROSTING 225g cream cheese, softened ¼ cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup whipping cream (I used everwhip) Kiwi slices Strawberry slices Mango slices
ASSORTED FRUITS (any fresh fruit of choice) Strawberries Kiwi Grapes Dragon fruit Orange
JELLY 5 cups water (you can use 3 1/2 cups of water or just add half more pack of gulaman so it would be more firm) ¾ cup sugar Juice of one lemon 1 pack (25g) white gulaman, unflavored
