How To make Pineapple Cake/Boiled Icing
2 c Sugar
2 c All-purpose flour
2 Eggs
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 Can crushed pineapple
2 ts Vanilla
Topping: 1 1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
6 tb Butter
6 tb Milk
Put all ingredients in bowl, beat 2-3 minutes. Pour in greased pan 13 x 9 x 2). Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cake is done, bring
topping mixture to boil and pour over the warm cake. This makes a good moist cake and topping. Topping: 1-1/2 C brown sugar 6 tablesp. butter 6 tablesp. milk Ruth Limkemann -----

Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - The Hillbilly Kitchen
This cake is topped liberally with homemade cream cheese frosting and it is absolutely delicious! It's gunna take you a little bit longer to make this cake than most other cakes, but it's definitely worth it.
This recipe came about when one of my girls wanted a pineapple wedding cake. I tested a few cakes, took bits and pieces of from several recipes and then put my own touches on it. It has become a family favorite for special occasions. That wedding never took place, but the cake has become a part of the family.

Cake Ingredients:
4 - Eggs
2 Teaspoons - Real Vanilla Extract
2 Sticks - Butter (1 cup)
2 Cups - Sugar
3 Cups - Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon - Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon - Salt
1/4 Cup - Powdered Milk
1 Cup - Pineapple Juice
Filling Ingredients:
20 Ounce - Can Of Crushed Pineapples (Drained)
1/2 Stick - Real Butter
1 Cup - Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons - Corn Starch

Super moist fruit cake Complete Written Recipe:
This fruit cake is a simpler and easier version of making a traditional fruit cake or old-fashioned fruit cake.
In this Easy fruit cake recipe we don't need any soaking of dry fruits; but still the raisins,candied peels,cranberries and other dried fruits will be juicy and plumpy as they are boiled in liquid and then added into the cake batter.
This video will show you one of the least messy ways that we can make a fruit cake.We don't need any stand mixer/hand mixer to make this cake.A sauce pan and a wooden spoon are the only major tools to make this fruit cake.
In two steps we can make this super moist fruit cake batter.
Step1:
Boil the dry fruits in a sauce pan with butter sugar and water.
Step2:
Add all the rest of ingredients into this saucepan after its cooled.
Step3:
Bake the fruit cake @ 320 F for 75-90 minutes.
The cake is so soft and moist and the aroma of spices makes this fruit cake, more flavorful.
This fruit cake recipe is one of my favorite recipes to make moist fruit cake.
