How To make Flan Cheesecake
2 tb Sugar, divided
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
5 Egg yolks, beaten
13 oz Evaporated milk
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
13 oz Can water measured in milk
-can 1 ts Vanilla
1 pn Of salt
Place 10 tbs sugar in a heavy skillet. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves into a light brown syrup. Pour immediately in flan pan or shallow dish and let cool and harden. In mixing bowl, place cream cheese; add beaten egg yolks. Stir in both milks, water, vanilla, remaining sugar and salt. Blend with caramelized sugar and set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hr.
Note - Flan will look soft, but hardens in refrigerator. Be sure to chill thoroughly; it is better if it can be refrigerated overnight. When ready to serve, invert on a flat plate, and teh flan will come out easily with the caramel sauce on top. Do not freeze.

How to Make Cream Cheese Flan
✅Ingredients
8 tablespoons sugar
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
✅Instructions
In each llanera, place 2 tablespoons sugar. Set llanera over low heat until sugar is melted and golden, Use tongs to move the llanera repeatedly over the flames to prevent sugar from burning and to distribute melting liquid on the bottom of the mold . Remove from heat and allow caramel to cool and harden.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer at low speed. until smooth and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add condensed milk and evaporated milk and stir until well-combined. Let mixture sit for a few minutes to allow some of the foam to subside. Alternatively, combine eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and cream cheese in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared llaneras.
Cover llaneras with foil and arrange in a wide, oven-safe dish with about 1-inch of water (water bath).
Bake in a 375 F oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of custard comes out clean.
Remove from oven, allow to cool and then refrigerate to set.
To serve, turn flan over on a serving plate, ending with caramel on top.

** tip: DO NOT seal the foil allow it to be bend so that the vapor do not get trapped in with the flan, as this would cause the flan to raise and then deflate causing a dip in the middle of the flan ????
Ingredients: makes 6 mini flans or you can make one big one!!!
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
12 oz evaporated milk
14 oz condensed milk
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
(Optional) fresh strawberries

Dulce Flan Cheesecake My New Favorite!
Hello Darlings! Let's make my new favorite, the super yummy Dulce Flan Cheesecake.
Here's what you'll need:
CRUST:
1 cup crushed graham (125g)
1/3 cup melted butter (75g)-salted
FILLING:
250g cream cheese
2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup of dulce de leche (107g) -you can adjust according to preferrence:)
1 cup whipping cream (250ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
Toppings:
dulce de leche (remaining in can)
leche flan-recipe
This recipe makes three 6x3 inches bowls. You can make it in one large baking dish or 12 cupcake tins.
