Spicy Fried Fish Platter with chutney
Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 2 tbs
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp
-Baisan (Gram flour) 3 tbs
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 3 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Boneless fish fillets (King fish or fish of your choice) 700g
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Tamarind Mint Sauce (Imli Podina Chutney):
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¾ Cup
-Water 3-4 tbs or as required
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cumin seeds,coriander seeds & dry roast for a minute.
-Add carom seeds & dry roast until fragrant.
-In mortal & pestle,add dry roasted spices & crush coarsely.
-Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,yellow food color,gram flour & mix well.Fry fish masala is ready (for 1 kg fish).
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month.
-In a bowl,add prepared fry fish spice mix,tamarind pulp,vinegar,egg,green chilli & whisk well.
-Add fish fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry marinated fish on medium flame until golden brown.
Prepare Tamarind Mint Sauce (Imli Podina Chutney):
-In a blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,garlic,salt,red chilli crushed,black salt,tamarind pulp, water & blend well.
-On fried fish pieces,add lemon juice and sprinkle chaat masala.
-Serve fried fish with zeera rice,potato fries/chips,onion rings and prepared tamarind mint sauce.

-Ajwain dal ker khushbu anay tak dry roast karein.
-Mortal & pestle mein dry roasted spices dal ker coarsely crush ker lein.
-Namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,lal mirch crushed,zarda ka rang aur baisan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Fry fish masala tayyar hai (for 1 kg fish).
-1 month tak airtight jar mein dal ker store ker saktay han.
-Bowl mein tayyar fry fish spice mix,imli pulp,sirka,anda aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Fish fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated fish ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Tamarind Mint Sauce (Imli Podina Chutney):
-Blender jar mein podina,hara dhania,lehsan,namak,lal mirch crushed,kala namak,imli pulp aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker dein.
-Fried fish piece per lemon juice aur chaat masala dal dein.
-Fried fish ko zeera chawal,potato fries/chips,pyaz rings,imli podina chutney ka saath serve karein.

Today my recipe is Healthy grilled fish ???? platter with potato wedges and Green salad.
Please try to use exact measurment as i shown in the video. In this way you can get perfect recipe.

**Note-1 cup=250ml
Ingredients:
Fish marination:
500 gm fish
wash well & wipe it with kitchen towel
Cut deep slashes to the bone
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp lemon jiuce
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp readymade tandoori powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
or 1 tsp light soya sauce
Salt to taste
*Remember there is salt in tandoori masala and soya sauce
Mix well
Cover this gravy with the fish and let it rest for 30 minute to one hour
Quick potato wedges:
200gm potato
1/4 tsp paprika
instead you can use red chilli
1/4 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Mix well
In a tray place the potato and bake in preheated oven for 10 minute on 200 degree celcius.
After 10 minute keep the potato wedges aside and place the marinated fish on the tray and place it in preheated oven of 200 degree celcius for 30 minute.
After 30 minute flip the fish as shown in video ,brush oil on top in both side and place the wedges beside. Brush oil on the wedges also.
Then bake in oven for 10 minute.Then change the function in grill mode and grill it for 10 minute.
Our delicious grilled fish platter is ready , You can enjoy this with potato wedges,green salad,carrot,cucumber. It is perfect for any meal.
Green salad:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
1tbsp coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp lemon juice

मछली का अचार:
500 ग्राम मछलीgm
अच्छी तरह धोकर किचन टॉवल से पोंछ लें
हड्डी में गहरी कटौती करें Cut
३ बड़े चम्मच दही
१ छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस
1/2 छोटा चम्मच पपरिका
1 बड़ा चम्मच रेडीमेड तंदूरी पाउडर
1 बड़ा चम्मच टमाटर सॉस
1/2 छोटा चम्मच डार्क सोया सॉस
१ छोटा चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट
या 1 छोटा चम्मच हल्का सोया सॉस
नमक स्वादअनुसार
*याद रखें तंदूरी मसाला और सोया सॉस में नमक होता है
अच्छी तरह से मलाएं
इस ग्रेवी को मछली से ढककर ३० मिनट से एक घंटे के लिए रख दें
त्वरित आलू वेजेज:
200 ग्राम आलू
१/४ छोटा चम्मच पपरिका
इसकी जगह आप लाल मिर्च का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं
1/4 छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
अच्छी तरह से मलाएं
एक ट्रे में आलू को रखें और पहले से गरम ओवन में 200 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर 10 मिनट के लिए बेक करें।
10 मिनिट बाद आलू के वेजेज को एक तरफ रख दीजिये और मैरीनेट की हुई मछली को ट्रे पर रखिये और 200 डिग्री सेल्सियस के पहले से गरम ओवन में 30 मिनिट के लिये रख दीजिये.
३० मिनट के बाद मछली को पलटें जैसा कि वीडियो में दिखाया गया है, दोनों तरफ ऊपर से तेल ब्रश करें और वेजेज को बगल में रख दें। वेजेज पर भी तेल लगाएं।
फिर ओवन में १० मिनट तक बेक करें। फिर फंक्शन को ग्रिल मोड में बदलें और १० मिनट के लिए ग्रिल करें।
हमारी स्वादिष्ट ग्रिल्ड फिश प्लेट तैयार है, आप इसका आनंद आलू के वेज, हरी सलाद, गाजर, खीरा के साथ ले सकते हैं। यह किसी भी भोजन के लिए एकदम सही है।
हरी सलाद:
३ बड़े चम्मच मेयोनीज़
१ टेबल-स्पून पुदीने की पत्तियां कटी हुई
1 टेबल स्पून हरा धनिया कटा हुआ
१ छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस
