Filet Mignon With Tarragon Butter - NoRecipeRequired.com
I love a nice Filet Mignon...either pan roasted or grilled. And while I also love other cuts of steaks, the Filet is something special. The flavor, relative to other cuts, is relatively mild, but of course the texture is so tenderloin; after all it is from the tenderloin.
For me, the Perfect Filet Mignon is pan seared to develop a nice crust on the outside of the steak, while keeping the center, a juicy medium rate.
In this recipe, I show you how to pan roast a couple of Filet Mignon, and then glaze them with some fresh tarragon butter. Tarragon is one of the primary flavors in a bearnaise sauce - which is a classic sauce for Filets. The butter we'll use to glaze the filet, uses much of those same flavors, but is a ton simpler to make, and of course tastes great. BTW - while I do these filet in the pan, you can do the same recipe on the grill, finishing with the butter at the very last seconds.

cornflour 1 tbsp mix in water
cream 1/2 cup

oil 1 tsp
boiled zucchini as required
boiled carrots as required
capsicum as required
sweet corn 1/4 cup
soy sauce 1 tsp
salt 1 pinch
red chili crushed 1/4 tsp
