How To make Decadent Fudge Cake
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate mini-morsels, divided
2 bars sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons shortening, divided

Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Dissolve soda in buttermilk, stirring well. Add to creamed mixture alternately with flour, beginning and ending with flour. Add 1 cup mini morsels, melted chocolate, chocolate syrup, and vinilla, stirring just until blended. (Do Not overbeat)
Spoon batter into a heavily greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Invert cake immediately onto a serving plate, and let cool completely.
Combine 4 ounces chopped white chocolate and 2 tablespoons shortening in top of a double broiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Drizzle melted white white chocolate mixture ocer cooled cake. Melt remaining 1/2 cup mini-morsels and 2 teaspoons shortening in a small saucepan over low heat, and let cool; drizzle over white chocolate. If desired, garnish with chocolate and white chocolate leaves.

Once set, using a bench scraper, scrape the chocolate lengthwise and they'll automatically start rolling. Easy three steps and your chocolate cake garnish is ready!
I have made an eggless version today but you can also make it with egg. Just replace curd with 2 eggs.
Ingredients
For the cake
1 ½ cup (180gms) maida
¾ cup (90gms) cocoa powder
½ tsp (3gms) baking soda
1 tsp (4gms) baking powder
¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 ½ cup (300gm) caster sugar
1 cup (285gms) curd
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) milk + 1tsp (5ml) vinegar
For chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup (200gms) butter
2 cups (260gms) icing sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder *
1 cup (175gms) melted chocolate
1 cup (230ml) warm cream
To top
Chocolate shavings
* Personally, I love making this frosting with cocoa powder, to give it a deep chocolate flavor. That is why I add 3/4 cup cocoa powder here. However, if you want to keep the chocolate flavor more on the sweeter side, then you can reduce the quantity of cocoa powder and add 1/2 cup instead.

90 g Powdered Sweetener (3/4 Cup)

128 g Coconut Flour (1 Cup)
1/2 Cup Dutch cocoa powder

2 1/4 tsp. Baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
5 Eggs (room temp)
1 1/4 Cup Alternative buttermilk (1 Tablespoon Vinegar + unsweetened almond/cashew/macadamia nut milk or any milk) warmed in microwave

Flourless chocolate fudge cake: rich, fudgy and decadent!
This flourless chocolate fudge cake is really easy to make!INGREDIENTS
168g butter
12 oz dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
METHOD Grease with butter and flour 9-inch form; set aside.
Mix butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook, until melted; set aside
In a bowl add yolks, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt, eggs and half the sugar; well whisk to fold. Slowly add the cooled chocolate mixture; beat well and set aside.
Beat the egg whites. Gradually add the remaining half cup of sugar and beat until hard peaks form.
Gently add the egg whites to the chocolate mixture, stirring.
Pour the batter into the baking form.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
Sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder.
You only need 10mins to prepare this Decadent Chocolate cake! Full of Chocolate flavor!
