Ernst Knam è un pasticcere di origine tedesca conosciuto in tutta Italia per le sue scientifiche e lussuriose invenzioni al cioccolato. Nella scuola a fianco del laboratorio di via Anfossi a Milano, ha ricostruito 25 anni di storia della sua pasticceria attraverso il racconto di 5 torte al cioccolato tra le più amate di sempre!
