How To make Curried Shrimp And Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
1/4
cup
mayonnaise
2
teaspoon
curry powder, or to taste
1
pound
shrimp, small, cleaned, deveined, cooked
2
cup
honeydew balls
1/2
cup
water chestnuts, slivered, drained
1 1/3
cup
conchiglie piccole pasta, cooked (small sea-shell macaroni, measure before cooking)
Directions:
Mix the curry powder into the mayonnaise. Put the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Dress with the curried mayonnaise. Chill 1-2 hours.
NOTES: A cold pasta dish. This salad is quick and easy. It's best if made several hours before serving, to get the full curry flavor. It's been a real hit at potlucks.
A honeydew ball is a ball of honeydew melon that is scooped out of the flesh of the melon with a "balling spoon" or "melon baller."
About 1 1/3 cups of conchiglie will make about three cups of cooked macaroni.
Yield: serves 4 to 6.

This recipe of macaroni salad is easy yet super super delicious!
**Ingredients**
2 cups Tri-Colored Pasta (or macaroni of your choice)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mix veg
1 cup bell peppers
1 tbsp mince onion
2 tsp mince garlic
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp all purpose seasoning (or any mix herbs)
salt & black pepper to taste
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp vinegar
Taste and adjust

The BEST Seafood Salad Recipe
1 pound medium shrimp (precook in oil, butter, Old Bay, Cedarwood Seafood Seasoning to taste.)
16 oz crab meat
mayo adjust accordingly
1/4 cup Mexican Crema
1 or 1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
salt
pepper
Old Bay
Cedarwood Smoked Seafood or Cedar Plank Salmon Seasoning
Instructions
Combine all ingredients.

1 bag of salad shrimp
1 pack of imitation lobster meat
1 jar of mayonnaise
4 Tbs mustard
2 Tbs sweet relish
4-5 stalks of celery diced
3/4 of a red pepper diced
5-6 Green onions diced
