3 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
2 tablespoon vinegar white wine, red wine, balsamico or apple cider
½ teaspoon salt or more to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper
MUSTARD DRESSING
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder

3 Cucumbers (peeled leaving strips of green, and sliced)
1 Sweet Vidalia Onion (cut in half and thinly sliced)
1½ Cups Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Fresh Dill
Salad Dressing:
½ Cup Cold Water
½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Sugar

Hi everyone, I'm David will share best way to eat cucumber, cook with this method the cucumbers keep it fresh and crunchy.
Ingredient
2 cucumbers
1 tsp salt
1 piece of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2 red chilies
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
50ml water

This is a cool refreshing salad
I usually make this in the spring time or summer time when vegetables are more flavorful
RECIPE
2 large cucumber peeled, and sliced
2 cups large diced tomatoes
1 large red onion sliced
1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
1 cup olive oil /vegetable oil blend
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vinegar ( your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all veggies to large bowl
I whisk oil ,salt and pepper .sugar and vinegar and add to veg
Mix together and season with salt and pepper
place in jars and cover with liquid dressing
place in fridge
go for a few weeks(if it last that long)

Cucumber and Tomato Salad Recipe

►INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 long English cucumbers chopped
1 1/2 lbs tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
3 tbsp dill finely chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
Ground black pepper to taste
Vinegar to taste (optional)

►DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, add cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, dill, olive oil, toasted sesame oil, salt and pepper.
2. Stir gently from the bottom in the center of the bowl until well combined.
3. Salad tastes best when served immediately.
