HOW TO MAKE BORLOTTI BEAN SOUP WITH CHARD - Easy & Healthy Winter Recipe
Beans, beans, beans!! BORLOTTI beans are a plant protein that you do not want to miss in your vegan diet. Rich in protein and fibre, borlotti or roman beans have a pleasantly nutty flavor reminiscent of chestnuts. The chard complements the beans with its spinach like flavor. 500gr Borlotti Beans
200gr Chard
3 tbsp olive oil
1.5l of water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 cloves
1 tsp coriander ground
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 small carrot
2 garlic cloves
1/2 a big onion

MAGIC BEANS - Braised Spicy Chicken with Borlotti Beans (Cranberry Beans)
Hi Youtube! Today we show you how to make braised spicy chicken with borlotti beans (cranberry beans). It’s simple to make and you can make it with cooked canned beans, but if you have time, soak the dry ones the night before.
Ingredients
1 cup of dry borlotti beans
500ml of water
Chicken Thighs
Olive oil
Mushrooms
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp. of oregano
1 tsp. of hot chili flakes
1 tsp. of smoked paprika
A cup of tomato sauce
Chicken Stock
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of garlic
Parsley
Directions
1- Before you start cooking, a night before, put your borlotti beans inside a bowl filled with water to soak your beans.
2- The next day, transfer the beans into a pot, fill the pot with water.
3- Chop the chicken thighs nice and carefully. Pour some olive oil into another cooking pot and transfer the chicken thighs inside. Proceed to cook.
4- Slice up and cook the mushrooms. Add some sliced onions, a red bell pepper after slicing & removing its seeds, oregano, hot chili flakes, smoked paprika, tomato sauce chicken stock, salt, garlic, and at last, the soaked beans one by one while cooking.
5- While your meal is being cooked, chop up a bunch of parsley and add it to your meals. After you make sure it's perfectly cooked, serve your delicious meal on a platter.
