1 cup medium grain rice
Washed and soaked for 1 hour
2/3 lb ground beef
2 tbsp ghee or oil
1/3 cup water
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp safflower or paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp salt

1/4 cup tomato paste
8 cloves of garlic Pounded with 2 tsp salt
