Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brownie Recipe | The CHEWIEST, FUDGIEST brownies!
These dark chocolate raspberry brownies are ultra chewy and fudgy! This recipe is super easy and only requires one bowl! Bread flour is used here for that wonderful chewiness that is so necessary in a brownie. I like to underbake my brownies just a bit so they are ooey, gooey. The raspberries add a bit of a tartness that complements the rich dark chocolate so well. Espresso is added to the batter to further deepen that chocolate flavor. These brownies are seriously heavenly. Eat them by themself or warm up a brownie and top with ice cream! Either way these raspberry brownies are to die for!

How to make RASPBERRY Brownies | EASY RECIPE | ASMR Cooking
In this video, I'm going to show you how to make Raspberry Brownies with a very easy recipe.
Maybe you didn't know, but these very loved cake bars called brownies are one of those cakes of unknown origin. It seems that they were created accidentally when a chef added melted chocolate into a cookie dough. But who knows?!
For my recipe you won't need to be an expert baker, but you just need a few ingredients, fresh raspberries, and about 30 minutes free to prepare this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
dark chocolate 100g.
melted butter 60g.
2 eggs
sugar 150g.
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
a pinch of salt
flour 150g.
cocoa powder 50g.
baking powder 1 teaspoon
milk 80 ml.
fresh raspberries 150g.
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate with butter. Use the bain-marie technique or use the microwave, then let to cool down.
2. Add the eggs and mix until creamy.
3. Add the sugar, a bit at a time, and mix until well combined.
4. Add salt, vanilla extract and milk then mix well.
5. Sift the flour and baking powder and make sure both are well combined.
6. Sift the cocoa powder and mix.
7. Pour the brownies mix into a tray and add the fresh raspberries.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes at 170°C, then let to cool down completely before taking the raspberry brownies out of the tray.
9. Melt the chocolate and decorate your brownies.
10. Store the raspberry brownies in a food storage box with a lid, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Enjoy!
