How To make Chili& Beans For a Crowd
1/2 c Oil
2 tb Salt
2 tb Cumin seed
9 ea Garlic cloves minced
2 tb Cocoa powder
1 cn Tomatoes, peeled, chopped
6 c Onions, chopped
6 lb Beef small cubes
1 tb Fennel
1 c Chili powder
1 tb Sugar
24 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 lb Bacon cut into 1/2" squar
2 lb Pinto beans, dry, rinsed &
-pic 4 ea Garlic cloves minced
3 ea Water
Saute onions until translucent. Sprinkle salt in stockpot brown beef over medium high heat. Grind cumin & fennel add to meat with onion garlic, chili powder, cocoa & sugar. Stir in tomatoes & tomato sauce & 4 cups water. Bring to a boil reduce heat to simmer stir occasionally for 3 1/2 hours. If its too thick add water. BEANS In heavy pot cook bacon until crisp. Add beans, garlic, salt and water. Bring to a boil over moderate heat. Reduce heat & simmer, stir occasionally until beans are tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Use slotted spoon to add beans to chili. use liquid to thin chili. Source: Mum's box

Gary has won his share of Chili Cookoffs, so this is worth the watch! Even if you have your favorite chili recipe, check this out for a few tips you may not be familiar with. Great cold weather or anytime recipe!
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef, drained
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
One Large Bell Pepper finely diced
One Onion finely diced. Both sautéed until soft, Salting vegetables
1 30 oz. can Chili Beans
2 Cans diced tomatoes
1 can drained Kidney Beans
About 32 oz. Tomato Juice
Carroll Shelby Chili Kit (contains chili pepper, cumin, garlic and other spices)
Use the cayenne pepper packet if you like your chili hotter. The masa flour packet is to thicken your chili. All personal preferences.

Creamy White Bean Chicken Chili ❤ (recipe in description)
Ingredients:
• 6 C Rotisserie Chicken
• 4 pieces of bacon, chopped
• ½ large red onion, diced
• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can Northern beans, Southern style
• 1 can Navy Beans, flavored with slab bacon
• 1 can Butter Beans, Southern style
• 1-3 jalapenos, diced
• 1 C cilantro, chopped
• 1 T Cumin (Comino)
• 1 T Chicken Bouillon
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1 C Sour cream
• 1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions:
1. In a large pot, brown bacon until crispy
2. Add purple onion to bacon and sauté for 4-5 minutes
3. Add garlic to bacon & onion and sauté until lightly browned
4. Add chicken and beans to pot
5. Cover with water and stir
6. Add cilantro, comino, jalapenos, salt and pepper, and chicken bouillon
7. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce to low-med heat, simmer for 45 minutes
8. Add sour cream and heavy whipping cream & stir
9. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes
10. Add 1-2 T of cornstarch mixed with water (to thicken), if needed
Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeno and bacon
