1 TSP soy sauce
1)2 TSP ginger paste
1/2 TSP garlic paste
1 tbsp corn flour
250 g noodles
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp oil
2 liter water
2 tbsp oil
2 TSP garlic
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup capsicums
you can add green chillies, green onions and cabbage as well
2 TSP soy sauce
11/2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 TSP pepper powder
1/2 TSP salt

How To Cook Chicken & Egg Noodles!
Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe | चिकन हक्का नूडल्स | Chef Sanjyot Keer
Written recipe for Chicken Hakka noodles
Prep time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Serves: 4
For boiling noodles
Ingredients:
• Noodles 1 packet
• Boiling water for noodles
• Salt to taste
• Oil 1 tsp
Method:
• Boil water in a wok, add salt and oil, add the noodles and boil for 6-7 minutes.
• Rinse the noodles with cold water or with tap running water.
• Pour few drops of oil and mix with noodles to avoid it from sticking to each other.
For making fried chicken strips and eggs
Ingredients:
• Boneless chicken strips 200gm
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper a pinch
• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Egg 1 no.
• Corn starch 1 tbsp
• Oil for shallow fry
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Egg 2no.
Methods:
• In a mixing bowl add the chicken strips, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, egg and corn starch, mix well.
• Heat oil in a wok and shallow fry the chicken strips on medium flame until just cooked.
• Heat oil in a wok, break the eggs directly in the wok, scramble and cook for a minute. Add salt and pepper mix well and keep aside.
For making noodles
Ingredients:
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Onion 1 medium size (sliced)
• Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Carrots ½ cup (julienne)
• Capsicum ½ cup (julienne)
• Cabbage 1 cup
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Spring onion greens 1 tbsp
• Black pepper powder ½ tsp
• Salt to taste
• Chilly oil 1 tsp
• Soy sauce 1 tsp
• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Boiled noodles
• Spring onion greens 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Method:
• Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic, sauté on a high flame and cook until onions are translucent.
• Add the julienned veggies, sugar and sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
• Add the fried chicken and eggs.
• Add spring onion greens, salt and pepper, chilly oil, soy sauce and vinegar, sauté for a minute.
• Add the boiled noodles and mix well.
• Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot with Schezwan sauce on side.

????Ingredients for Easy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe:
3-4 chicken thighs skins removed (bone-in or boneless), untrimmed
8 cups Chicken broth we used low sodium*
6 cups water
Olive Oil to sauté veggies do not use butter
1 medium onion finely chopped
3 medium carrots (2 carrots grated, 1 carrot sliced into thin rings)
2 medium celery sticks finely chopped (or thinly sliced if you prefer)
1/2 lb spiral pasta such as rotini
3 Tbsp fresh or frozen dill
1 tsp Mrs. Dash or your favorite seasoning
Salt to taste we used sea salt
1 garlic clove pressed
*We improved the recipe with more broth and less water for the best flavor.

Episode 154: Southern Chicken and Noodles ????
Hello my Friends!
It is Cold outside so today I am making so delicious Chicken and Noodles. It is so delicious, comforting, and it will warm up your Body and Soul!
1/2 bag (1 pound) extra wide egg noodles, cooked
8 cups water
4-5 chicken pieces, any parts, washed
1 large onion, diced
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
Favorite seasonings
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook egg noodles according to the directions on the package, drain and set aside. In another large pot on high heat, add water, chicken, onion, celery, and seasonings; bring to a boil. After it comes to a boil, cover and turn the heat down to low and simmer for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, add both soups, stir, cover, and continue cooking for the last 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, add the cooked pasta and continue cooking uncover for 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes.

Easiest Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles! Chicken Lo Mein 豉油鸡面 Chinese Soya Sauce Chicken Noodles Recipe
You must ditch your instant noodles for this super easy Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles. This recipe is suitable for those of you who are working from home. It's so easy that I believe everyone can make this at home. Some of you ask how did we calculate 15 mins of cooking time as mentioned in our video title. First of all, we need to get our cooking time definition right. Cooking time to is means the time when heat is turned on and applied to the ingredients. All other time is not counted. In this video, Roland cooked the chicken for 8 mins then he turned off the heat. Then he brought the sauce to boil to thicken the sauce. At most this will only take 2 mins. Then he brought a pot of water to boil to blanch vegetables and noodles. Vegetables literally take seconds to cook and noodles take about 2 mins max to cook because we used fresh noodles. Assuming we assign about 1.5 mins to let the water boil then that brings us nicely to about 15 mins of cooking time altogether.

2 pieces of boneless chicken leg (about 480g in total)
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons premium dark soy sauce

800ml (27.05 fl oz) water
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
60ml (2.03 fl oz) premium dark soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic (lightly smashed)
0.5 piece star anise
0.5 piece cinnamon bark
1 stalk of spring onion (tied into a knot)
1 thumb-sized young ginger (lightly smashed)
20g (0.71 oz) rock sugar
