Ingredients -
1 - Avocado
1/2 Cup (120g) - Natural Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Red Wine Vinegar
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 Bunch (10g) - Coriander (Cilantro)
2 1/2 tsp (1g) - Dried Oregano
1/3 Cup (80ml) - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt Flakes & Cracked Black Pepper To Taste

SONOMA CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE
1 heaping cup cooked chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1/3 cup chopped pecans, (I like them toasted)
3/4 cup green grapes, sliced in half
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
Combine everything in a nice big bowl, stir well. Serve and enjoy!
Nutrients for half the recipe (about 1 cup): Calories: 320; Total Fat: 15.2g; Carbohydrate: 18.5g; Fiber: 3g Sugars: 12.6g; Protein: 29g
AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE
1 heaping cup cooked chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/2 diced jalapeno (remove ribs and seeds)
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1-2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Add chicken and avocado to a nice big bowl and mix well and use the back of a from to mash the avocado and the chicken together.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and gently stir until well combined. Adjust seasonings. Serve and enjoy.

You can create your chicken salad mixture the night before, set it in the fridge, then before heading out the door the next morning, assemble your wraps. Add your avocado right before serving.
???? ALWAYS use freshly-squeezed lemon or lime juice from actual fresh citrus. Bottled lemon/lime juice from the store will give your chicken salad a strange metallic or overly acidic taste.

Want to get the most juice possible from each of your fresh lemons & limes? Of course, we do! Here’s a quick trick:
On your counter or a cutting board, press and roll the lemon back and forth very firmly with your hands.
The rolling loosens and breaks down some of the citrus membranes and makes the outside a little more pliable. This makes it easier to squeeze which also means you’ll likely get more juice from your squeeze.

Chicken Avocado Pizza
Recipe:
Yield: 1 pizza
Ingredients:
Garlic Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic, 4 cloves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
Pizza:
- 1 Pizza Crust
- 2 Things of Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 cups Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 3 Avocados
- 7-10 Grape Tomatoes
Instructions:
For the Garlic Sauce:
In a small/medium jar, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes together, shake it well, and save it in refrigerator for later (For leftover garlic sauce, refrigerate it and it lasts for up to one week).
For the Pizza:
Pre-heat the oven at 425ºF.
In a flat baking pan, roll out the pre-made pizza crust, if it’s needed, use a rolling pan to make the crust equally flat on the pan. Oil spray the curst surface, then place down sliced fresh mozzarella, sliced chicken breasts (cooked) and sprinkle diced onions.
Bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust become golden brown.
Take the pizza out and place down sliced avocados, and some grape tomatoes.
