How To make Chicken Thighs Glazed with Orange Thyme Cumin
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1/4 c Fresh orange juice
2 tb Fresh lime juice
3 tb Soy sauce, low sodium
2 tb Fresh thyme leaves
Minced 1 Clove garlic :
minced
1 tb Honey
1 ts Fresh ginger minced
1 ts Ground cumin
1 Chopped jalapeno pepper :
Seeded, optional 8 Skinless chicken thighs
Remove the skin and the surface layer of fat from the thighs. Rinse. Towel dry. In a large nonstick skillet, combine the sauce ingredients, including the jalapeno. Over medium-high heat, bring the mixture to a boil, then add the chicken (bones up). Reduce theheat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the cover, turn the chicken pieces over, raise the heat to medium and cook until the liquid is evaporated and the chicken is glazed, about 10 to 15 minutes. Adjust heat as necessary. PanTry: Shoyu, a Japanese soy sauce that is lower in salt. Substitutions: Vegetable stock or water for dry white wine. Canned jalapeno pepper. 1 tablespoon of garlic chives, snipped instead of clove garlic. Do NOT substitute white meat. Pat's note: If you make 6 thighs, do *not* reduce the recipe's sauce. 1/2 Italian seasoning
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp. adobo seasoning
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp. creole seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 garlic cloves minced
4 tbsps. olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon zest
To brine the chicken
water
lemon slices
3 tbsps. salt
allow to sit for 30 minutes

How to Make Yummy Citrus Herb Grilled Chicken? Find the recipe below.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes + marinating time
Cook Time: 75 minutes
Ingredients:
3.5 lb spatchcocked Whole Chicken
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
juice from 1/2 Lemon
juice from 1/2 Lime
juice from 1/2 Orange (optional)
1/2 Tbsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon lime and orange juice and spices. Coat a chicken on all sides. Place the chicken in the fridge and allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Set your grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken skin side down and grill for 45 seconds-1 minute. Turn the chicken 45 degrees and grill for an additional 30-45 seconds. Turn the chicken once more and grill for an additional minute or so, or until the skin of the chicken is nicely browned.
Flip the chicken over. Move the chicken over to one side of the grill and shut those burners off. Keep the burners on high on the opposite side of the grill in order to set up a direct and indirect heating zone. Set your ThermoPro thermometer to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, or the poultry setting, and place the thermometer probe in the thickest part of the breast. If you are using a thermometer with two probes, you can set one probe into the breast and one probe into the thickest part of the thigh. Cover the grill and grill until the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees. Serve the chicken along with slices of lemon and lime.

Orange Glazed Whole Baked Chicken
Ingredients list

1 whole small chicken
Drop of oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp savory ahd cumin seasoning (optional)
1 tsp paprika
1 orange sliced
For Glaze
2 oranges
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt, parsely, all putoose seasoning, paprika
2-3 tbsp honey or sugar
1/2tsp cornflour + water to make slurry
Parsley to garnish
‼️50minutes to am hour on 200•C
