How To make Chicken Pepperoni

pepperoni, stick

chicken breast, boneless and skinless or turkey

tomato sauce, can

pepper, freshly ground

Oregano
1
Basil
1
Tarragon

Garlic powder
1
onion powder
Directions:
Cut the pepperoni into 1/4 inch cubes.
Over medium heat in a skillet brown the pepperoni until most of the grease has been removed. Set aside on paper towelling to drain.
Cut poultry into 1/2 inch pieces and toss in seasoned flour.
Brown the chicken pieces in olive oil. Set aside.
Add tomato sauce and remaining flour to the skillet. Add chicken, pepperoni and enough water to cover the meat, about 1/3-1/2 cup. Simmer 30-45 minutes over low heat or until the chicken is tender. Serve over pasta of your choice.

SOME PEPPERONI
COVER AND COOK FOR 2 MIN.

Never had so much fun than with this. “Seems like old times” was on and we watched it all the way through. Lea laughed her ass off. The cast is amazing. When the chicken peperoni bit started, Lea asked, how do they make it. I never ever considered making something so ridiculous, but I recorded the show so I could re-watch all relevant parts. Of course I googled it, and there is no “official” chicken peperoni recipe out there, but I found a few people that constructed their own. Several looked really good. “There’s no veal in chicken peperoni.”
The first time I attempted this, it was tasty, but we all agreed that I needed to amp up the peperoni aspect. The recipe below has been done in my house several times since and is always very much appreciated.

Pepperoni Pizza | How To Make Pepperoni Pizza | My Recipe Book By Tarika Singh
Learn how to make Pepperoni Pizza at home that tastes delicious and is irresistible.
Food blogger Tarika Singh is up with a special recipe of one of the most craved pizzas, that is, Pepperoni Pizza which is healthy, extremely delicious and can be made at home, right from the scratch. We bet, you would not want to go to any pizza restaurant after you taste this delectable homemade pepperoni pizza.
Ingredients:
pizza dough (For recipe, click here: )
12x12 inch piece of parchment paper
300 grams tomato pureed
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp. dried oregano (1 tbsp. if using fresh oregano)
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
75 grams mozzarella (coarsely grated)
12-14 slices of pepperoni
Method:
To make tomato sauce:
- In a bowl, add the tomato puree, salt to taste, a dash of chilli flakes and oregano and the garlic cloves and stir well.
- Bring the above ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat and then leave to simmer on low heat until it thickens & reduces by about half.
To make pizza:
- Roll the pizza dough into a 12 inch pizza base.
- After rolling, stretch the dough on your working space to fit a 12x12 inch piece of parchment paper.
- Slather on the tomato sauce over the pizza base and spread it out.
- Sprinkle a generous quantity of mozzarella over the sauce and top it up with pepperoni.
- Put the pizza into the oven and bake it at 250 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the pizza out of the oven when it browns slightly and turns crisp, slice it up and its ready to be served.
