Ingredients (Pan size: 30cm in diameter and 3cm in height)--- It is possible without a pan.
115g water, 4g instant dry yeast
10g sugar, 3g salt
15 g olive oil
200 g Bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
pizza sauce
250g mozzarella cheese
pepperoni ham

Pizza Pepperoni Bites | Delish
Perfect for those sudden pizza cravings, without crashing your diet.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400º. On a cutting board, slice 4 slits in each slice of pepperoni so you can easily fold them over each other in the mini muffin tin. (Make sure to keep center intact.) Place a slice of pepperoni in each muffin tin hole.
2. Bake until slightly crispy, 10 minutes. (If very greasy, remove pepperoni and blot with a paper towel. Blot pan with paper towel, then return pepperoni cups to pan.)
3. Heat broiler. Add a small spoonful of mozzarella, a small spoonful of pizza sauce, and another small spoonful mozzarella. Top with a couple black olives.
4. Broil until cheese is melty and golden, 2 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Hot Honey & Pepperoni Pizza (kinda NY style)
Ingredients pizza
- pizza dough (recipe below)
- 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
- salt to taste
- sliced pepperoni (I haven't been able to find the ones that curl up in Australia; if someone knows of some, please let me know the brand)
- 800g (1.76 lb) sliced low moisture mozzarella
- Sweet Sting Hot Honey
Method
1. Take the pizza dough from the fridge 1 hour before you are going to cook them.
2. Preheat your pizza oven to around 370-400°C (698-752°F).
3. To make the sauce, simply crush the tomatoes with a mouli or your hands and season with salt (note: don't use a blender as it will aerate the tomato sauce).
4. Stretch the dough nice and thin, then lay some of the sauce, followed by mozzarella, and top with the sliced pepperoni.
5. Bake at 400°C (752°F) for 4-5 minutes, starting to turn after the first 1.5- 2 minutes.
6. Once baked, drizzle lots of the Sweet Sting Hot Honey over the top.
Ingredients dough
- 625g (1.38 lb) strong white bread flour
- 425g (0.93 lb) 00 pizza flour
- 665g (1.46 lb) warm water
- 0.4g (1/4 tsp) dry yeast
- 28g (0.98 oz) fine sea salt
- 25ml (0.84 fl oz) olive oil
Method
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer (or you can just use a bowl and wooden spoon), add the water and yeast, mix until the yeast has dissolved. Next, add the flour and salt, and using the hook attachment, mix on slow/medium until the dough has come together and is not sticking to the walls anymore.
2. Turn the mixer off and cover the bowl with a tea towel. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then mix again for 4 more minutes.
3. Turn the dough out onto an oiled bench and cover with the bowl; rest for 1 hour before you cut it into 6 even dough balls. Roll the dough balls tightly, and then place them into an airtight container and into the fridge overnight.

????????PEPPERONI PIZZA BOMBS ????????! These were sinfully delicious and just the thing for our hungry kids this summer! When I tell you these are good I mean 100/10 out of this world!!! Now, I must say you don’t need exact measurements but I’ll give you the recipe as best I can (since these easy recipes I love to just throw in my seasonings) LOL!
In a bowl mix together 8 oz. Of cream cheese, about 8-12 oz. Of shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, about 5 oz. Of quartered pepperoni, and 4-6 tbsp. Of pecorino Romano.
In another bowl melt a stick of butter and mix in Italian seasoning, about 7-8 cloves of chopped fresh garlic, garlic powder, parsley flakes, crushed red pepper, and about 4-5 tbsp of hot honey! ???? I used @naturenates
I used about 2 containers (a little less) of refrigerator biscuits! I used the @pillsbury grands! Split the biscuits into two! Flatten em out! To the center add a little dollop of pizza sauce & then the cheese mixture. Roll up nice and tight and Add to a greased cast iron pan! (Or a similar size oven safe pan) make sure the bombs are very close to hand shoved in! No elbow room! Everyone is friends! Cover the bombs with the butter mixture then sprinkle on more mozzarella and some parsley! Bake at 350 for 25 minutes then an extra minute or so at 400 to brown if needed!
