Ingredients:
4 tbsp. grapeseed or avocado oil
6 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 cans (28 oz. each) crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp. basil, chiffonade
3 garlic cloves
1/2 yellow onion
For Breading Chicken (for Chicken Parmesan):
4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh oregano, finely chopped
2 cups Japanese Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp. paprika
3 whole eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. kosher salt
A pinch of cracked black pepper
For Chicken Parmesan:
4 breaded cutlets
1/3 cup grapeseed or avocado oil (for frying)
1-2 spoonfuls of tomato sauce
2 fresh mozzarella balls (8 oz. each), cut into ¼-inch thick rounds
For Spaghetti:
1 lb. dry spaghetti
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. basil, chiffonade
1 oz. Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
00:01 Preparing classic Chicken Parmesan starts with thinning the chicken breast to create an escalope suitable for breading.
00:31 The breading process includes lightly flouring the chicken, dunking it in egg wash, and coating it with seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan for caramelization.
00:43 Pressing the breadcrumbs into the chicken with parchment and a rolling pin ensures adherence; resting the breaded chicken before cooking helps the crumbs stay in place.
01:00 Simultaneously cook spaghetti with olive oil and salt, while the thinly-pounded chicken needs only a shallow fry, cooked 2.5 minutes per side.
01:30 Construct Chicken Parmesan with marinara sauce seasoned mozzarella, and bake to melt; serve with sautéed broccoli rabe seasoned with chili flakes and lemon.
02:00 Coat cooked spaghetti lightly in marinara sauce, tossing with fresh basil for aroma.

Air Fryer Chicken Parmigiana Recipe | Is It As Good As The Original?
In this video, we're creating the classic favourite, Chicken Parmigiana, and giving it a modern twist with the help of an air fryer. This chicken parmigiana recipe doesn’t require much effort and can be ready from start to finish in less than 40 minutes. I also have to praise the air fryer in this recipe as I didn’t expect it to come out as good as it did. Please enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients -
Roasted Potatoes -
400g (14.oz) Baby Potatoes, Halved
1 Tbsp (20ml) - Olive Oil
1 tsp (2.5g) - Onion Powder
1 tsp (2.5g) - Garlic Powder
1 tsp (1.5g) - Dried Oregano
1 tsp (1.5g) - Dried Basil
1 tsp (2.5g) - Smoked Paprika
Seasoning To Taste
Flat Leaf Parsley To Serve
Chicken & Dredge -
2 - Chicken Breast, Butterflied & Halved
1 1/2 Cups (150g) - Panko or Fine Breadcrumbs
1 tsp (2.5g) - Garlic Powder
1 tsp (2.5g) - Sweet Paprika
1 tsp (2g) - Dried Oregano
1 tsp (2g) - Dried Basil
3 - Eggs
1/2 Cup (125ml) - Full Fat Milk
2 Cups (240g) - Plain Flour
Marina Sauce To Top
Parmesan Cheese To Your Liking
Mozzarella Cheese To Your Liking
Seasoning To Taste
Marinara Sauce -
1-2 Tbsp (20-40ml) - Olive Oil
4 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Can (400g) - Crushed Tomatoes
2-3 Sprigs - Basil
1 tsp (4g) - Sugar
Seasoning To Taste
I used the Ninja Foodie Max XXXL Dual Zone Air Fryer in this video but you don’t have to have this exact model to create this dish.
If you dont want to use an air fryer or dont have one, this recipe can be deep fried or use a regular oven.
