How To make Chicken Kabobs
6 Chicken breast halves
1 t Paprika
1 c Dry white wine
2 T Vegetable oil
1 t Rosemary, crushed
2 Garlic cloves
2 1/2 c Chicken broth
1 c Rice, raw
2 Yellow squash, medium
1 Zucchini squash
2 T Green onions, chopped
ince Garlic. Cut squashes into 1/2 inch thick slices. Remove bones nd skin from chicken and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes; place in large owl. Add Paprika and stir to coat. Combine Wine, Oil, rosemary and arlic; pour over chicken. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. bout 30 minutes before serving, bring broth to a bOil in a medium aucepan. Stir in rice. Cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes. Remove rom heat and let stand tightly covered until all liquid is absorbed, bout 5 minutes. Stir in Green Onions. Meanwhile, thread chicken and quashes onto skewers. Brush with marinade. Cook 4 to 5 inches from eat, either under the brOiler or on a charcoal grill, for 8 to 10 inutes or until chicken is cooked through. Turn once and baste with arinade during cooking. Arrange kabobs over rice to serve.

Bacon as needed
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
olive oil
red bell peppers
Onion
Salt (to your liking)

1/2 CUP BBQ sauce
1/4 to 1/3 honey
1 tsp yellow mustard
3 tsp adobo sauce
(Adjust to your liking)

Cut chicken, peppers, onions into pieces to fit your skewer...season well with seasoning and rub well with olive oil...arrange on skewer
BAKE IN OVEN 350° FOR 30 MINUTES...
glaze well after 15 minutes of baking, then again the last 3 minutes.

Chicken Kebab ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 and ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 1 and ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• ½ teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 500 chicken breasts or 2 boneless chicken breasts
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 medium onion1
Equipment:
• 10 to 12 wooden skewers
The chicken kabobs recipe is made by simply threading chicken on skewers (chicken on sticks) together with some vegetables like onions and bell peppers. You can then grill it with an oven, charcoal, or electric grill.

Onion 1 medium
Red bell pepper 1 medium (150g-170g)

Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp OPTIONAL (use fresh)
Garlic paste 1 tbsp (use fresh)
Oil 2-3 tbsp
For Salad:
Red Onion 1 large thinly chopped in slices
Tomato 1 large
Parsley or Coriander 1 cup
Sumac powder 1 tbsp (substitute of sumac powder is Pomegranate powder or fresh Lemon juice)
Salt 1 pinch
Cooking Time 15 -20 mins
Cooking Time on charcoal grill is 8 -10 mins
DO NOT OVER COOK THE KEBAB, KEEP THEM JUICY
This quantity makes 10-12 medium size kebabs.Kebab should be 10 inches long.
Serving 5-6 People

أوراك دجاج مفروم 1 كجم (1000 جم)
بصل 1 وسط
فلفل أحمر 1 متوسط (150 جم -170 جم)
1 كوب بقدونس أو كزبرة مفرومة
ملح 3/4 ملعقة كبيرة
أو حسب الرغبة رقائق الفلفل الحار 1 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق الفلفل الحلو 1 ملعقة كبيرة
معجون الفلفل الأخضر 1 ملعقة كبيرة اختياري (استخدم طازج)
معجون الثوم 1 ملعقة كبيرة (استخدم طازج)
2-3 ملاعق كبيرة زيت
للسلطة:
1 بصلة حمراء كبيرة مفرومة ناعماً إلى شرائح
طماطم 1 كبير
1 كوب بقدونس أو كزبرة
مسحوق السماق 1 ملعقة كبيرة (بديل مسحوق السماق رمان او عصير ليمون طازج)
ملح 1 رشة
وقت الطهي 15-20 دقيقة
مدة الطهي على شواية الفحم هي 8-10 دقائق
لا تطبخوا الكباب أكثر من اللازم ، واحتفظوا بعصائرهم
هذه الكمية تجعل 10-12 كباب متوسط
الحجم ويجب أن يكون طول الكباب 10 بوصات.
يخدم 5-6 أشخاص
