Ingredients
Chicken - 1 kg
For grinding
Onion - 3 ( medium )
Tomato - 1 big
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 6 pods
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
For cooking
Coconut oil - 2 tablespoon
Fennel seeds - 1 tablespoon
Green chilli - 4 ( medium )
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as needed
Water - 1/4 cup
Curry leaves - as needed
Garnish with sliced ginger and curry leaves

Ingredients:
900g (2 pounds) chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoon curry powder
1.5 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 can (400g/14oz) coconut cream/milk
½ teaspoon garam masala (optional)
Coriander, chopped – for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden, over medium-low heat. stir occasionally.
2. When onions are golden add grated garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, until golden. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add water, cover and cook 10 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk/cream, season with garam masala and salt, stir, and cook until lightly thickens.

In this video I show you how to make Chicken Curry in a Hurry. This recipe is quick and easy to make. Full of flavor and perfect for a busy night.
How To Make An Easy Curry In A Hurry Chicken Recipe | Cookflix
Ingredients:
Chopped tomatoes
2 chicken breasts (sliced)
150ml. chicken broth
1 Red Onion
1 Butternut Squash
1 cup Green Peas
1 cup Sour Cream
Ginger
Curry
Black Pepper & Salt
* Put your non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add oil once warm. Meanwhile, using the large side of a cheese grater, grate the squash and add to the pan. Season with salt and add curry powder.
* Grate the onion as the squash cooks. Add to mixture. Let cook for 1-2 minutes then add chili. After a minute of cooking, use a Microplane and shave the ginger into the mixture.
* Once mixture is nicely cooked, add chicken and toss. After about 2 minutes, add peas. After a minute add tomatoes and after another minute the coconut milk. Mix and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add 2 tablespoons of stock bring to boil then simmer until chicken is cooked, around 5 minutes.
* Meanwhile put all roti ingredients together into a bowl and mix to form a dough. Heat pan over a hot heat. Take dough and form into small balls and roll out into squares. Salt pan and then add dough, cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until slightly charred. Once cooked, slice into 4 squares per person.
* Once chicken is cooked, add spinach and cook till wilted. Then take the pan off the heat and serve
