How To make Hurry Tuna, Please
INGREDIENTS:
1 Large 12-1/2-ounce can white
Or light meat tuna, drained 2 tb Vegetable Oil
1 Apple; cored and chopped
1 sm Onion; chopped
1/2 ts Curry
3 tb Flour
1/2 c Milk
1 c Chicken bouillon; (that's
-one cube of bouillon in one -cup of water) 1 (8-ounce) package egg
Noodles; cooked & drained Or 1 c Cooked rice
THIS MEAL IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WRECK AND QUICK TO MAKE Fry the apple and onion in a little oil until lightly cooked. Add flour and slowly stir in milk and bouillon. That will make a lumpy white sauce. (The lumps are from the apple and onions and are not your fault.) Add tuna, breaking it up well, and sprinkle in the curry. Mix well. Serve over hot noodles which take nine minutes to cook and should have been started back while the apples and onions were cooking. If time is not a problem, serve this over rice. Tuna Melt Recipe:
== Ingredients ==
- 1 can skipjack tuna, drained
- 14 cup organic celery, finely diced
- 2 or 3 green onion, diced
- Garlic salt
- Pinch of salt
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh organic parsley, chopped
- Mayonnaise
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- Butter from grass-fed cows
== Directions ==
Add the tuna, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise to a bowl and stir to combine well.
Place a good amount of tuna mix onto one slice of bread and add the cheese on top. Place the 2nd piece of bread on top. Add some softened butter to the outside of the bread and place it butter side down onto a cast iron grill pan.
Add more butter to the top piece of bread and cover with a lid or piece of foil. This will help the cheese melt.
Once golden brown, turn over the sandwich with a spatula and cook on the second side (covered) until the bread gets a nice golden brown and the cheese is melted.

This video is good for beginners or people who want to make a quick easy Tuna sandwich with ingredients they have on hands. You only need a few ingredients to make this tasty sandwich, if you are in a hurry or for those who don't feel like cooking.
Follow the Recipe below to make this Easy Tuna Healthy Sandwich:
Ingredients:
1 Can of Drained Tuna
2tbs of Diced Onions
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 Diced Tomato
1/4 Lemon or 2tbs of Lemon Juice
1tbs Chopped Coriander
2tbs Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Heat up Olive Oil.
Add Diced Onions and minced Garlic. Sautee for 2 minutes.
Add in drained Tuna, Salt and Pepper. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes mix and cover. Cook for 2 minutes.
Take Lid off squeeze in lemon juice and garnish with Chopped Coriander.
Turn Heat off.
Serve with Toasted Bread.
