How To make Chewy S'Mores Brownies
-basic box preparation 1 pk Duncan hines fudge brownie m
1/3 c Water
1/3 c Crisco vegetable oil
1 Egg; -see note
3/4 c Chopped nuts; optional
-additional ingredients 2 c Miniature marshmallows
9 Graham crackers
6 oz Milk chocolate chips; or
Semisweet chocolate chips
bake 1 package Duncan Hine's Fudge brownie mix as according to pkg directions: directions follow Note: For chewy brownies: add 1 egg. For cake-like brownies: add 2 eggs. Prepare: Preheat oven to 350'. GREASE bottom only of 9 x 13-inch, 9 x 9- in or 8 x 8-inch pan. Make batter: Combine Brownie mix, water, oil, eggs and chopped nuts if desired. Stir with spoon in large bowl until well blended (about 50 strokes Spread into greased pan. Bake in center of oven: For 9 x 13-inch, bake 25-28 minutes. For 9 x 9- inc bake 35-38 minutes. For 8 x 8-inch, bake for 35-38 minutes. Avoid overbaking. Immediately on removing from oven sprinkle 2 cups minatur marshmallows and 6 ounce of chocolate chips over warm brownie surface and return to oven for about two minutes to melt. Arrange graham crackers on top of the hot marshmallows and press down lightly. Cool completely and cut into servings along the graham cracker indentions. High Altitude, over 3500 feet- Basic Box preparation: Stir 2 Tablespoons flour into dry mix. Mix as directed using 1/4 cup oil, 1/3 cup water and 1 egg. Bake at 350' in a metal or glass pan; 27-30 minutes for 9 x 13 or 38-4 minutes for 9 x 9 pan. Preceed as directed for the smores. Cool completly before cutting for neater squares. S mores is a popular campfire treat. A toasted Marshmallows, squeezed with Graham Crackers and top with Chocolate.
This Smores Brownie is an easy recipe, with my Chewy Brownie Recipe. Marshmallows are cut into halves since they big in size. Marshmallows are browned by baking in a broil setting, but if you have a torch then burnt the Marshmallows a bit. Then drizzled it with melted Chocolate.

• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 9 whole graham crackers
• 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
• 3 whole Hershey's chocolate bar

1️⃣ 00:00:14 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a metal 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Use half of the graham crackers to line the bottom of the pan.
2️⃣ 00:00:44 - Make the brownies: Pour melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in sugar by hand until smooth (30 seconds). Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk 1 minute. Whisk in melted chocolate until combined and smooth. Use a rubber spatula to stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
3️⃣ 00:02:13 - Pour over graham crackers into prepared pan and smooth out.
4️⃣ 00:02:28 - Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until brownies are cooked through. Meanwhile, break the remaining graham crackers into small pieces. Do the same with the chocolate bars.
5️⃣ 00:03:13 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle crackers, chocolate bar pieces, and marshmallows over the brownies.
6️⃣ 00:03:45 - Return pan to oven approximately 8 inches under the broiler element. Broil, watching closely, until marshmallows are browned (about 2 minutes).

How to make a Fudgy And Chewy Brownie.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup dark chocolate chips (180g)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (110g)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
3 eggs (55-60 grams each with shell)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1/2 tsp salt (2g)
1/2 cup all purpose flour (65g)
1/2 cup pure cocoa powder (50g)

S’mores Brownies, the perfect combination of chocolate brownies, gooey marshmallow, delicious graham cracker, and tasty chocolate. These S’mores Brownies are the best!

How to make S'mores brownies- 4 Mins or Less Recipes
How to make S'mores brownies. Gram cracker crust with chocolaty brownies and homemade marshmallow fluff, topped with chocolate ganache.

Recipe:
Gram cracker crust:
1 and 1/2 cup gram cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Brownie:
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
4 large cold eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
Marshmallow fluff:
1 egg white
3/4 cup corn syrup (I used golden but light corn syrup will work)
3/4 cup icing sugar
2 and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Chocolate ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces dark chocolate (I used 70%)
Directions:
Add melted butter, sugar, gram cracker crumbs and cinnamon to your stand mixer and combine using the whisk attachment.
Once combined transfer the crumb mixture to a greased 9×9 baking tray and pat the mixture down evenly.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a microwave safe container. I melted for 30 seconds, stirred the mixture, and microwaved again another 20 seconds.
Add the melted butter and chocolate to your stand mixer and add the white and brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Cream the mixture together using the paddle attachment.
Once combined add your eggs one at a time and beat to combine.
Add the flour to the mixture and beat until you have a smooth batter.
Transfer the brownie batter to the baking tray and spread evenly over the gram cracker crust.
Bake for 40-45 mins at 325 degrees until the top of the brownie begins to crack.
To make the marshmallow fluff add the egg white, corn syrup, and salt to your mixer and whisk until the volume has doubled.
Once doubled, add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix together.
Once the brownies have baked and cooled, add the marshmallow fluff to the top and spread evenly.
Place the brownies under the broiler of your oven to toast the marshmallow fluff. Keep an eye on them, they will only need a minute or two.
Once cooled again, cut the brownies into 16 pieces and remove from the tray. Drizzle over chocolate ganache and sprinkle with gram cracker crumbs if desired.
