How To make Cheese Onion Morsels
1 lb Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
1/2 c Soft Butter
1 Egg
1/4 c Water
2 c All-Purpose Flour
1 ts Salt
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 c Onions (Finely Chopped)
1/4 c Parsley (Chopped) Or Flakes
Beat cheese and butter. Add egg and water. Blend. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and paprika. Add flour mixture, onions and parsley to the cheese mixture. Blend. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350?F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. May be frozen and thawed. Reheat at 375?F for 5 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.

Cheese Topped Tomato Chips with Onion Rings raw vegan recipe
This healthy snack is fun to make and intriguing to look at. Gluten free, non-dairy, raw vegan plant-based and delicious, this is a classic. It's one of many amazing healthy recipes in our cookbook at HealthyCookbook.com
Do this first- slice red onion, break apart rings and marinate in soy sauce (Tamari & Nama Shoyu have non-GMO gluten-free)
Cheese (should be thick. If too runny, add more nuts and nutritional yeast)
1 cup cashews
1 cup pine nuts
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 lemon squeezed
pinch of Celtic sea salt
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Tablespoon water
Slice 4 tomatoes into 4 thick slices and lay out onto dehydrator sheet
Add a dollop of cheese on each one and top with onion ring
Onion Rings
Grind half a cup of Golden Flax Seeds in coffee grinder
dip marinated onion rings in ground flax seeds so they are coated with “breading”
place on top of cheese/tomato

I used:
2 Medium onions (chopped)
100g extra mature Cheddar cheese
200ml Whole milk (warmed slightly)
400g Plain/all purpose flour
250g Cold cubed salted butter (for the pastry)
2 Medium potatoes (cubed)
100g Red leicster cheese
50g room temperature butter (for the sauce)

Cheesy Spring Onion Cigars
A starter with a super exotic touch, the Cheesy Spring Onion Cigars will floor all your guests with its amazingly cheesy texture and peppy flavour. Since it is made with readymade samosa pattis, this starter has a wonderfully crisp cover, and is also quite easy to prepare! You will thoroughly enjoy the strong scents of spring onions and the gooey mouth-feel typical of cheesy starters! However, remember like all cheese-based snacks, this must be served immediately on preparation before the cheese hardens.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
Makes 27 cigars.
To be mixed into a stuffing
1 cup grated processed cheese
½ cup finely chopped spring onion whites and greens
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
Other ingredients
9 samosa pattis
Oil for deep-frying
To be mixed into a smooth maida-water mixture
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
3 tbsp water
For serving
Schezuan sauce
1. Cut each samosa patti into 3 to get 75 mm. X 62 mm. (3 x 2½) rectangular pieces. You will get 27 pieces in all.
2. Place one piece of the samosa patti on a clean, dry surface and place 1 tsp of the stuffing at one corner of a samosa patti piece. Roll it up tighly and seal using the maida-water mixture. Seal both the open ends also with the maida-water mixture.
3. Repeat wit the remaining pattis and stuffing to make 26 more cigars.
4. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, deep-fry a few cigars at a time, on a medium flame, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
Serve immediately with Schezuan sauce.
