1 lb Cheddar Cheese (Grated) 1/2 c Soft Butter 1 Egg 1/4 c Water 2 c All-Purpose Flour 1 ts Salt 2 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Baking Powder 1/2 ts Paprika 1/2 c Onions (Finely Chopped) 1/4 c Parsley (Chopped) Or Flakes Beat cheese and butter. Add egg and water. Blend. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and paprika. Add flour mixture, onions and parsley to the cheese mixture. Blend. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350?F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. May be frozen and thawed. Reheat at 375?F for 5 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.

2 Medium onions (chopped) 100g extra mature Cheddar cheese 200ml Whole milk (warmed slightly) 400g Plain/all purpose flour 250g Cold cubed salted butter (for the pastry) 2 Medium potatoes (cubed) 100g Red leicster cheese 50g room temperature butter (for the sauce)

Ingredients: •2 medium potatoes •1tsp butter •1 medium onion •50g soft cheese •130g cheddar •15ml milk •10g butter (add to mixture) •1/2 tsp black pepper •1/2 tsp onion granules •1 egg •1 packet of ready rolled puff pastry

Slice 4 tomatoes into 4 thick slices and lay out onto dehydrator sheet Add a dollop of cheese on each one and top with onion ring
Onion Rings Grind half a cup of Golden Flax Seeds in coffee grinder dip marinated onion rings in ground flax seeds so they are coated with “breading” place on top of cheese/tomato
