How To make Caramel Nut Chocolate Cookies
1 1/2 c Firmly-packed brown sugar
2/3 c Crisco shortening
1 tb Water
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Cocoa
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
12 oz Miniature semi-sweet
-chocolate chips 1 c Chopped pecans
20 Caramels; (20 to 25)
= unwrapped and halved 1. Pre-heat oven to 375F (190C). Place sheets of foil on
countertop for cooling cookies. 2. Combine brown sugar, shortening, water and vanilla in
large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat eggs into creamed mixture. 3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Mix into
creamed mixture at low speed just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. 4. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch (3 cm) balls. Dip tops in
chopped pecans. Place 2 inches (5 cm) apart on ungreased baking sheet. Press half caramel in center of each cookie. 5. Bake one baking sheet at a time at 375F (190C) for 7
to 9 minutes, or until cookies are set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies -----

Brown Butter Salted Caramel Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Regular pantry staples are elevated to another level to give this cookie a 'fancy with only a little more effort' vibe. Brown butter is stirred in with toasty muscovado sugar to form a perfect cookie dough, and then hard caramel shards and chocolate chunks are folded in to give the perfect amount of chocolate and caramel per bite. Finished with flaky sea salt, this is a super easy yet satisfying baking recipe.

This cookie pie is so sweet and indulgent ???? I love how to white chocolate chips caramelise on the top and the caramel filling seeps into the sides of the cookie to give a really deep caramel cookie flavour ???? Yum

All you need is:
200g unsalted butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
320g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g white chocolate chips + some for the top
1 tin (397g) Carnation caramel
Bake 160C (fan) 25-35mins - allow to cool fully in the tin
Tin size: 8” springform pan

½ Cup Almond
½ Cup Peanut
¼ Cup Pumpkin Seed
¼ Cup Melon Seed
Fry For 5 Min. In Low Heat
6 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper
Spread The Nuts
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelized
½ Cup Heavy Cream
¼ Cup Butter
Cook For 1 Min.
Cool Down For 2-3 Min.
Pour Over The Nut
Cool Down & Keep In Freidge For 2 Hours
Boiling Water
1 Cup Dark Chocolate
Melt The Chocolate
Spread The Chocolate
Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
