How To make Candian Souffles
3 T Butter
3 T Parmesan cheese,
-grated 6 Separated eggs
8 oz Room temp cream cheese
1 c Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c Sour cream
3 T Chopped pimento
1 T Chopped chives
3/4 t Dry mustard
3/4 lb Canadian bacon, cut in
-bite-sized pieces Butter bottom and sides of individual souffle dishes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes. Beat in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, pimento, chives and mustard. Using clean, dry beaters, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently, fold into yolk mixture; fold in Canadian bacon. Turn souffle into souffle dishes. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes. Souffle is done when a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Hello everyone, welcome to my Asian food cooking channel “terry-san kitchen”
Hope you enjoy today’s recipe ^_^! This week I’m sharing an easy eggs and cheese recipe for home cooking. Super easy cheese souffle recipe! Continuing the one egg recipe series, we're making something slight fancy. As long as you have egg, cheese and milk, you're good to go. If you do not have the mixer, you can beat the egg by hand. The result would still be okay even if you don't beat the egg white until it's as fluffy as the one in the video.

1 egg
1 tbs shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbs milk
½ teaspoon butter
1 tbs Parmesan cheese
1 tsp sugar
salt
black pepper

???? 【METHOD】????
1) Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF)
2) Brush the inner surface of the medium-size ramekin with butter.
3) Coat the surface with some sugar and roll out the excess.
4) Crack an egg in a small bowl, then add milk, salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
5) Whisk the egg mixture until it’s fluffy.
6) Pour the egg mixture in the ramekin, then top with shredded cheese.
7) Put in ramekin in the oven, then let cook for 15 mins or until set.
8) Let rest for 5 minutes.

L'omelette è il comfort food francese più conosciuto e riprodotto. Due ingredienti per una ricetta tanto semplice quanto ricca di insidie. Per conoscerne i segreti siamo stati a Mentone, all'interno del ristorante 3 stelle Michelin Mirazur di Mauro Colagreco. Il giovane (ed emozionatissimo) chef de cuisine Donato Russo si è confrontato con la ricetta classica dell'omelette francese, per poi presentare una variante morbida e golosa creata con la tecnica del soufflé.
