How To make Chicken Wings with Three Different Marinades
EACH RECIPE CALLS FOR 12 CHICKEN WINGS, CUT IN 1/2 ***TERIYAKI*** 1/4 c Soy sauce, can use lite
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Gingerroot, freshly grated
1 Clove garlic, minced
***ORANGE BAR-B-QUE*** 1/3 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Orange marmalade
1 tb Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1/4 ts Garlic powder
***SWEET AND SOUR*** 1/2 c Water
1/4 c Oil
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Ketchup
1/4 c Vinegar
1 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Chicken-flavor bouillon
FOR ALL THREE RECIPES: Cut each chicken wing in half; place in large resealable plastic bag. At one flavor marinade per bag, add all the ingredients and seal bag. Turn bag making sure all the wings are coated. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, but perferably more than 4. Turn bag occasionally. Heat oven to 375. Drain the
wings, reserving the marinade. Place on broiler pan and bake 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink, basting with marinade at 15 minute intervals. DISCARD ANY REMAINING MARINADE. Serve warm. Makes 24. Submitted By SALLI SCHWARTZ <102003.3307@COMPUSERVE.COM> On THU, 6 JUL 1995 022141 GMT

Marinated Chicken Wings in Oven -- The Frugal Chef
Chicken wings in oven -a very simple recipe for marinated chicken wings in a peanut sauce with Asian flavors. This recipe will render you tender and super flavorful wings that are great for an appetizer anytime.

Serves four
FOR THE MARINADE:
3 TBS smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. honey
1 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves – minced
1 small scallion fully chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper
12 chicken wing drumettes
Mix the peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire, chili flakes, ginger, garlic and scallion in a small bowl. Add the water a 1/4 cup at the time and thin the sauce out. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Be generous with the salt.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them into a zipped bag and pour in the marinade. Mix it well making sure to coat it all and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours and up to overnight.
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and remove the wings from the marinade. Place them on a rack inside a roasting pan and let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Place the wings in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove them from the oven and serve. Enjoy.

3 Types of Marinade Ingredients :
Onion, Mint & Coriander Marinade
4 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
1/2-inch Ginger (chopped)
2 Dry Red Chillies
4 Green Chillies
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/4 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
(Storage- Can be stored for up to 2 days)
Red Marinade
1/2 cup Hung Curd
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp Mace Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Cashew Nut Paste
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Salt (as required)
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
(Storage- Upto 1 week)
Tangy Achari Marinade
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Nigella Seeds
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 cup Hung Curd
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Lemon Pickle
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
Salt (as required)
(Storage- Upto 1 week)
Grilling the Marinated Chicken
Butter (for basting)
Salad Accompaniments Ingredients :
Potato Salad
1 cup Hung Curd
1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 cup Celery Stem (chopped)
1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (as required)
1/4 cup Fresh Cream
10 Baby Potatoes (boiled, peeled & chopped)
1 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
Corn & Spring Onion Salad
1 cup Corn Kernels (boiled)
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Green Chilli (chopped)
1/2 cup Spring Onions (chopped)

Three Chicken Wings Recipes
Recipes:
Hot Wings Ingredient:
10-15 chicken wings
6 Asian pepper
4 garlic cloves
100 ml water
3 tsp concentrated chicken stock
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne Pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 lemon juice
Tandoori wings ingredients:
10-15 chicken wings
120 ml Greek yogurt
2 tsp garlic salt
3 tsp tandoori spice
1/2 tsp ginger
1 lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Honey garlic wings ingredients:
10-15 chicken wings
1/2 tsp Ginger
4 grinded garlic cloves (with 25 ml water)
7 tsp honey
1 tsp coriander
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 lemon juice
Step by step:
1- In 3 separate bowls, mix in all the ingrédients for each recipe. Stir in the wings until well coated. Cover the bowls and marinade in refrigerator for 3 hours.
2-Remove wings from the fridge. Heat the oil In 3 large skillets or deep fryer (375F/190C). If using skillet or pan, make sure that the oïl covers the wings entirely. For the deep fryer, change oil for each recipe.
3-Add the wings to fryer and make sure to preserve the marinade for hot wings and honey garlic wings. Fry the wings for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and golden brown.
4-For the sauce, in a small bowl, add remaining marinade for hot wings and and add a tsp of BBQ sauce of your choice. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Pour the honey garlic marinade in a small bowl and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
5-Remove and drain cooked wings. Place the wings in three different serving tray and pour in the marinades on its respective wings. Toss the coat wings with the sauce.
6-Share the ménage in good company.
