How To make Caesar Mayo Dip
2 ea Anchovy Fillets
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 t Dijon Mustard
2 tb Parmesan Cheese
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1 tb Lemon Juice
1/4 t Black Pepper
Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, Deli Roast Beef Or Turkey, Radishes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas

This dairy-free mayo & salad dressing is very robust with flavour and tastes similar to Renee's Mighty Caesar. It's a 2-in-1 recipe for caesar mayo that doubles as a salad dressing or dip when diluted with coconut milk, sour cream, yogurt, milk or kefir.

INGREDIENTS:
3 egg yolks (room temperature)
1.5 C light oil
3-5 cloves fresh garlic - minced fine
2-3 Tbl fresh lemon juice
2 Tbl fish sauce (substitute 1 tsp anchovy paste)
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Healthy Chicken Caesar Salad | Jamie Oliver
Jamie’s chicken caesar salad is lighter, fresher and half the calories of a regular caesar salad while still high on flavour. Replacing the mayo sauce with a quality yogurt dressing slashes the saturated fat content and using skinless chicken breasts sprinkled with rosemary keeps the dish lean. Finish with a grating of parmesan and tuck in.
