How To make Cinco De Mayo Bread
PAM GONZALEZ (GFNS81B) 2/3 c Water
2 c White bread flour
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Olive oil
2/3 c Corn meal
1/3 c Creamed corn
2 tb Green chilies; (canned; dice
1 ts Jalapeno peppers; (canned; d
1 ts Dried cilantro
2 ts Yeast
This is from Electric Bread. I'm putting the ingreds for what they call a "regular loaf" because the "large loaf" could've been used for special effects for a volcanic eruption. My sister and I are drooling over the idea of serving this with chili at a football party this fall. Would also be great cut into triangles (which is how I cut my bread when I don't want to plop a big square slice >>> down for somebody); toasted, then run under the broiler with cheddar cheese on it. YUMMM. Make sure to drain chilies and peppers well; don't get juice in eyes; I didn't bother to chop since they were decimated by the kneading anyway... NEW MEXICAN SPOON BREAD: Easy Recipe for Moist Cornbread made with Hatch Green Chile and Cheese
New Mexican Spoon Bread is one of the most deliciously moist cornbreads you'll ever have. It's made with Hatch Green Chile (which is a staple in New Mexican homes) and cheddar cheese. And we call it spoon bread because it's so moist, you'll literally want to eat it with a spoon! This is one of my absolute favorite family recipes and it's easy to make, too. Read on for the recipe.
New Mexican Spoon Bread
1 can creamed corn
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter or shortening
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped Hatch green chile
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
You’ll also need an 11 x 7 inch baking pan or a 9 x 9 square one.
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix all the moist ingredients together in large bowl, in order given. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Pour dry ingredients into moist ingredients and mix well to form the batter. Grease baking dish and pour just enough of this batter to form a layer across the bottom of the dish. Place chile on top, forming a layer across the batter. Layer 1 cup of cheese on top of chile, reserving half a cup of cheese for later. Spoon in remaining batter, covering all the chile and cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting, and serve while still warm.

This is the most fluffy and soft egg sandwich I've ever eaten
This egg mayo sandwich is great for snacks, breakfast, and picnics!
❖ Ingredients (mold size : 15.5 x 7.5 x 6.5 cm)
- 4 slices of white bread
- 6 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp +1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
❖ Tip
1. It is much easier to peel the egg if you put it in cold water as soon as it is fully cooked
3. It's less soft, but you can make it by just mashing the egg whites and yolks
4. If the egg mayonnaise mixture is dry, you can add about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
5. You can keep the leftover sandwiches moist by sealing them with cling wrap and storing them in the refrigerator

Super Fluffy Corn & Tuna Mayo Bread-Japanese Food Recipe-Japanese Savory Bread
I baked some Japanese savory bread this week. Savory Bread is called Sozai Pan in Japan. Tuna and corn mayo are the most common toppings for Sozai pan:) I love adding some cheese on top of corn mayo. I am using an American cup.
Ingredients
For Yudane
-1/2 cup of flour
-80 ml of hot water
For Bread Dough
-2 and 4/3 cups of flour
-2 & 1/2 tbsp of sugar
-1 tsp of yeast
-1/2 tsp of salt
-180ml of warm milk
-1 room temperature egg
-3 tbsp of room temperature butter
For Tuna & Corn Mayo
-Canned corn and Canned tuna
-Add mayo, a bit of sugar and pepper
