How To make Broiled Salmon with Lime& Cilantro
1/2 c Cilantro leaves,finely chopp
1 Garlic clove,lg,fine chopped
2 tb Lime juice
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
4 Salmon steaks,3/4" thick
1. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, oil and salt
in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes. 2. Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Place salmon on rack. Brush with 1 tablespoons marinade. 3. Broil 6" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks
over. Brush with remaining tablespoon marinade. Broil 3 more minutes or until cooked through.

How to make delicious and flavorful cilantro lime rice that tastes even better than your favorite restaurants! This cilantro lime rice just became my new favorite meal prep staple. ???? Had to share it!

Ingredients:
White rice
Cilantro
Red pepper
Lime
White onion
Vegetable broth
Directions:
First, wash your rice.
Then dice the onion and garlic cloves and saute in a pan with olive oil and red pepper.
Add your rice and broth and stir together.
Place the lid on top and leave on medium heat until the water is absorbed. Stir thoroughly and remove from the heat.
Chop up the cilantro and add on top of the rice, then squeeze the lime juice and mix everything together.
This recipe makes four meals!

Make this CHILI-LIME BAKED SALMON in just 30 minutes!
Here’s the recipe friends:
INGREDIENTS:
2x 6oz salmon filets
Juice of one lime
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
¾ tsp salt
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
Ground pepper
Salsa: 1 mango diced, juice half lime, salt to taste, pinch chili flakes, 2 tbsp chopped red onion, 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place salmon filets skin side down onto the baking sheet.
3. Whisk together the juice of one lime, cumin, honey, salt, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder and a pinch of ground pepper until well combined. Save 1 tbsp of the sauce and set aside
4. Brush or drizzle the chili lime mixture over the salmon to coat it.
5. Once the oven is preheated, bake salmon until it easily flakes with a fork and a thermometer inserted into the salmon reads 140-145, about 12-18 minutes (cooking time will vary depending on thickness of the salmon).
6. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the salmon and serve with your favorite sides.
7. Alternatively, you can grill the salmon on 375-400F heat, make sure to oil the grill well so the salmon doesnt stick. Brush both pieces of salmon to coat well with the sauce (save the rest). Grill for about 5-7 minutes on the first side, brush with more of the sauce and then grill 3-5 minutes more on the second side or until cooked through. Finish the salmon with leftover sauce.
