Impossible Pie in a Blender Recipe @eatcolor #shorts
This delicious pie is impossibly easy to put together! All the ingredients get dumped into a blender and after giving it a whirl you pour the batter into a pie dish and bake. It seems “impossible” for a three-layer pie to form with such little effort. The filling is an egg custard that’s creamy and smooth and the topping is a crunchy layer of coconut shreds. Serve this dessert cold with powdered sugar, ice cream or whipped cream on top! If you have yet to experience this pie, you’ll soon see why it is the easiest pie you will ever bake!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp. butter
Recipe:
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 pie plate.
Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake another 20-25 minutes.
Cool in the oven with the door open.
Chill in refrigerator.
Serve cold with powdered sugar, ice cream or whipped cream on top.
Tricks:
.Put a baking sheet under your pie plate in case the mixture bubbles over while baking.
.If you love coconut, substitute coconut milk for regular whole milk.
.If you don’t have or like coconut, you can simply leave it out and enjoy an egg custard pie.
.Refrigerate overnight for richer flavor! It tastes even better the next day.
.Use a deep dish pie plate for best results.

Blender Lemon Pie
Blender Lemon Pie is a very quick way to make a delicious pie. Throw all ingredients in the blender , put in shell and bake. However , make sure the lemon peels are totally ground up, or the bits of peel will be bitter when eating them. Flakes of peel are fine, pieces are not. I ended up with some in mine and it took away from the otherwise yummy pie taste.
