Ingredients!
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
2 16 ounces Jimmy Dean country pork
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 large onion diced
4 ounces crushed tomatoes
24 ounces tomato sauce
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 ounce ricotta cheese
3 ounce Parmesan cheese
1 egg
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon

MEAT SAUCE:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 white onion, diced
• 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
• 5 cloves garlic, crushed
• 6 ounce can tomato paste
• 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
• 15 ounce can tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
BAKED ZITI
• 1 pound ziti pasta
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 8 ounces ricotta cheese
• 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1️⃣ 00:00:14 - Pour olive oil into a large, deep skillet, over medium-high heat. Add in ground beef and brown, 5 minutes. Add in diced onions, and mushrooms (optional). Saute for 5 to 7 minutes until onions are soft and translucent, and ground beef is cooked through.
2️⃣ 00:00:57 - Add in garlic and tomato paste and toast for 2 minutes. Pour in crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir in basil, oregano, salt, and pepper and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until pasta is ready.
3️⃣ 00:01:38 - Cook pasta in boiling water, according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
4️⃣ 00:01:49 - Prepare the cheese topping in a small mixing bowl by combining cream cheese and ricotta. Mix together until smooth.
5️⃣ 00:02:30 - Once the pasta is done, add it into the meat sauce and stir to combine. Pour it into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Spread cheese mixture on top of the pasta.

this is from Marcella hazans cookbook the essentials of classic Italian cooking I got it as a gift from my uncle about 20 years ago and this dish is always by go to because its so simple quick and delicious
ps i did call them noodles once but I do know better and am just bad with words.
