Buffalo Chicken Wings
You'll love these, I promise. It'll be the best fried chicken you've ever had.
Ingredients:
6 chicken drums/wings
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups pickle juice
2/3 cup hot sauce
1 stick butter
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Truffle salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
1.5 cups potato starch
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp truffle salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
Pepper (to taste)
1. Brine wings in buttermilk and pickle juice for 30 minutes.
2. Combine hot sauce, butter, mayo, vinegar, Worcestershire, truffle salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a small pot over medium heat until well combined.
3. In a medium bowl, combine potato starch, garlic powder, truffle salt, onion powder, chili powder, and fresh cracked pepper. Whisk to combine.
4. Dredge wings in potato starch mixture and tap off excess.
5. Fry wings at 325 Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or well cooked.
6. Heat oil to 375 Fahrenheit, then fry again a few minutes until golden brown.
7. Toss in buffalo sauce and enjoy. I dip mine in a combo of ranch and blue cheese, which is weird, but they're also perfect without added sauce.

This is my crispy and delicious version of Buffalo Chicken Wings.
INGREDIENTS
-11pcs whole chicken wings
-2Tbsp cornstarch
-2Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper to taste
-1 and 1/2 cup flour
-1/2 tsp paprika
-cooking oil
-100g butter
-1/2-3/4cup hot sauce or depending on preference
-1/4tsp chili powder
-1/2tsp paprika
-1/2Tbsp chili flakes
-1Tbsp sugar
-1/2Tbsp vinegar
-1Tbsp cornstarch

Buffalo Chicken Wings is a chicken dish very popular all over the world, where chicken wings is marinated with salt, pepper and calamansi juice, then dredged in a mix made with all purpose flour, corn starch, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and fried in oil. It is then added to a hot buffalo sauce made by butter, garlic, hot sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce and cooked further to make tasty buffalo wings. With its savoury and spicy taste, this buffalo wings recipe would surely.

INGREDIENTS:
✔️1 kg. chicken wings
✔️1 tsp salt
✔️1 tsp black pepper
✔️1 tbsp. calamansi juice (or lemon juice)
BREADING
✔️1/2 cup all purpose flour
✔️1/2 cup cornstarch
✔️1 tsp. salt
✔️1 tsp. black pepper
✔️1 tsp garlic powder
✔️1 tsp. paprika
✔️1/2 tsp. baking powder
SAUCE
✔️3 tbsp. butter unsalted
✔️3 cloves garlic (minced)
✔️1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust as needed)
✔️1/4 cup ketchup
✔️1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
✔️1 tbsp. soy sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Cut the joint between the drumette and wingette. Remove the tip (reserve for making chicken stock). Pat dry. Add salt, ground black pepper and calamansi juice. Mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Combine all the breading ingredient. Coat each wing with breading. Shake off excess.
Heat oil. Fry the breaded chicken wings in batches. do not overcrowd the pan to maintain the temperature of the oil for crispy chicken wings. Fry for 10 to 12 minutes (light brown).buffellow-chickens-step-3
After 10 minutes, remove from oil. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Double-fry it for well-cooked and crispy.
Set the heat to high. Then put the chicken back to the oil and fry until crispy and golden brown. Set aside while making the sauce.
FOR THE SAUCE. Melt butter and saute’ garlic. Then add ketchup, hot sauce, sugar and soy sauce. Mix well and cook until thick. Then toss the fried chicken wings until well coated.

Homemade buffalo chicken wings ingredients
3 lbs/ 1500 grams chicken wings.
1 & 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying.
1/2 cup vinegar.
1 tsp black pepper.
2 tsp salt or to taste.
2 tsp cayenne pepper.
1 tsp cornflour.
2 tsp garlic powder.
1 tsp ginger powder.
1 & 1/2 tbsp Winchester sauce.
1 tbsp hot sauce.
7 tbsp tomato ketchup.
2 tbsp butter.
4 tbsp sugar.
2 eggs.
1/4 cup all purpose flour.
1 tbsp baking powder.
How to cook buffalo wings
Cut chicken wings into two parts.
Add quarter cup of vinegar and 1 cup of water to chicken and let soak for five minutes.
Rainse well and allow to drain.
Season chicken with 2 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper and 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
Mix until well coated. Allow to marinate for an hour.
Add 1 tsp black pepper to to marinated chicken
In a heavy saucepan heat oil at medium heat. Add seasoned chicken ,few pieces at a time, turning occasionally until cooked and golden brown.
Remove and drain on papper towel.
How to make buffalo wings sauce
In a heavy saucepan melt 2 tbsp butter, 7 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 & 1/2 tbsp Winchester sauce, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1/4 cup vinegar
and 1 tsp cornflour mix with 6 tbsp water. Turn continuously until sauce thickens and reduces.
Next add fried wing's into sauce turning continuously until simmer to your desire.
