1/3 c Apple jelly
1 tb Honey
1 tb Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
4 Boneless skinless chicken
Breast halves Heat grill or broiler. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; blend well. When ready to barbecue, oil grill rack. Brush chicken woth apple mixture; place on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6" from medium coals or on broiler rack 4-6" from heat. Cook 15-20
minutes until juices run clear and chicken is fork tender, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with apple mixture. 4 servings. - 4 Large Chicken Thighs, Boneless With Skin
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 8-10 Cloves Of Garlic Chopped
- 1 TSP Ginger Powder
- Corn Starch
- Salt & Pepper

1. Begin By Heating Up A Cast Iron Pan Or Other Large Pan Over Medium Heat.
1. Dry And Season The Chicken Thigh With Salt And Pepper. Then Lightly Dust The Chicken Thigh With Corn Starch.
2. Lightly Oil The Bottom Of The Pan And Begin To Cook The Chicken Skin Side Down For 7 Minutes. Do Not Touch!
3. While That’s Cooking, Make Your Sauce By Combining The Soy Sauce, Honey, Garlic And Ginger In A Bowl. Mix Until Well Combined.
4. Flip Chicken After 7 Minutes And Cook An Additional 5-7 Minutes Or Until The Internal Temp Reaches 165F.
5. Remove Chicken From Pan. Pour In Sauce And Reduce For 1-2 Minutes.
6. Add Back In Chicken, Cook For Additional 1-2 Minutes While Basting With The Sauce.
7. Serve Over Hot Ride Or With Vegetables.
8. Enjoy!!

½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Chicken thighs, legs, or breasts (About 3 Pounds) – Can be boneless skinless or skin on bone-in…your preference)
½ Cup Butter, Melted
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
| Directions |
In a large bowl or a resalable plastic bag, combine the flour, cayenne salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and shake/mix to fully coat them. Into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, pour 4 tablespoons of the butter, add the chicken to the pan, turning them once to coat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Combine the remaining melted butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, and curry powder. Using a pastry brush, evenly coat each piece of chicken in the marinade. Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, basting the chicken several times with the pan drippings.
For additional color, broil for 2-3 minutes (Optional)
