How To make Apple Chip Pudding Cake
2 c Sugar
1 1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs; beaten
1 1/2 c All purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Apples; peeled and chopped
3/4 c Dates; chopped
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
1/2 c Golden raisins
In mixing bowl, beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Reserve small portion of dry mixture to coat fruit and nuts. Add flour mixture to beaten sugar mixture and blend well; stir in vanilla and apples. Dredge with reserved flour mixture, dates, walnuts and raisins; stir. Pour into 13x9 inch pan or 2 smaller pans. Bake at 350~ in metal pan or 325~ in glass pan for about 45 minutes. -----

Ingredients
Apple - 2 no
Cinnamon powder - 2 tsp
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Salt

Method:
1.Add cut pieces of Apple in a bowl and mix with cinnamon powder and then microwave it. If you don't have a microwave you can cook it on the stove top, but make sure you don't overcook it.
2.Beat ingredients together, take Sugar, Butter (115 gm), Salt, Flour, Baking powder and finally add some warm milk, and beat it well. (This batter should not be too thick).
3.Drop the apple into the batter.
4.Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
5.Bake the batter for 20 minutes until Golden Frost is formed on top.
Delicious Apple Pudding is ready to serve.

Apple Cinnamon Cake Recipe

This apple cinnamon cake is the only apple cake recipe you’ll need. It’s perfectly moist, loaded with apples and cinnamon taste. Top with sweet icing glaze that sets and crinkles when you cut and take a bite!
Cake:
• 2 medium-sized apples (chopped) *Using smitten apples in the video
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp light brown sugar
• 2 eggs (room temperature)
• 2/3 cup (130g) white sugar
• 1/3 cup (81g) sour cream
• ¼ cup (60 ml) milk
• ¼ cup (60 ml) canola oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cup (188g) all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
Cinnamon topping:
• ¼ cup (50g) white sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted & slightly cooled)
Icing glaze:
• 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
• 2 tsp milk
*Using an 8-inch round baking pan in the video
:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Measure your flour correctly. Adding too much flour will result to dry and crumbly texture of the cake when baked. Fluff the flour in the container before scooping it out. Lightly spoon the flour directly into the measuring cup until it mounds well above the top of the measuring cup. Using the back of the dinner knife (non-serrated side is facing the flour), sweep the knife over the top of the cup to remove the excess flour.
* Let the cake rest for 15-30 minutes before adding the icing glaze on top of the cake.
