Apple Pizza
We use Granny Smith apples for this recipe because they’re sturdy and tart and they’re our mom’s favorite too. You should use whichever apple variety is your favorite, though. For whatever reason.
Serve this sweet pizza all year long – in summer with a scoop of melty ice cream and right on through the winter with a mug of hot cider. As the seasons change, substitute cayenne pepper, nutmeg, Chinese 5-Spice, or pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon we suggest. It's an obvious for dessert, and extra special treat for breakfast or brunch.

These dessert pizza sticks are another great way to use the two ingredient pizza dough! Cinnamon sugared apples with a sweet oat crumble topping, on top of pizza crust all drizzled with caramel sauce, makes this a dessert pizza the whole family will love! Ingredients:
1 pound Apples, about 3 small, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol
Apple pie spice, 1 1⁄2 tsp, 1 for the topping and 1/2 for the apples
1⁄2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
Self-rising flour, 1 3⁄8cup(s), 1 1/8 cup for dough, 1/4 cup for topping
3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1⁄2 cup Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt
4 Tbsp Smucker's Sugar free caramel sundae syrup
Olive oil about 1⁄2 tsp to spritz dough and cookie sheet
Make the dough by mixing together 1 cup of the flour with the Greek yogurt and mix until it resembles dough. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes. Roll out dough to roughly the size of a cookie sheet 9X13. Spritz pan with olive oil and form dough to sheet. Spritz top of dough and bake at 425 for about 5 minutes to get a seal on the dough. Chop apples into small pieces. Add to medium pan on medium heat, along with classic lakanto and ½ teaspoon apple pie spice. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes or until softened. For the crumble topping, In a small bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar substitute, 1 teaspoon apple pie spice, and light butter together, until a crumble forms. Evenly pour apple over crust, followed by crumble. Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with caramel sauce when it comes out of the oven. Use a pizza cutter and cut horizontally across the middle and then 6 cuts vertically to get 12 pizza sticks.
