Stir in sugar and eggs. Add milk and vanilla. Stir to combine. Pour into pie crusts. Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot or room temperature.

Sweet Potato Pie Fast and Easy Recipe Ingredients: 1 frozen pie crust Sweet potato pie filling: 1 (29 ounce) can sweet potatoes ¾ cup of milk 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs (beaten) ½ tsp cinnamon Drain the sweet potatoes and place in a bowl. Add the milk, brown sugar, eggs, and cinnamon to the sweet potatoes. Mix and blend until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Put strips of foil around edges to prevent burning. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve and Enjoy !!! Top with cool whip if desired Marie
