Ingredients 2 each starfruit 1/4 cup sugar 2 cup strawberries, cut in half 3/4 cup champagne or sparkling catawba grape juice
Directions: Serve this with Champagne. Cut starfruit crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Sprinkle with sugar. Let stand 30 minutes. Spoon starfruit and strawberries into 6 dessert dishes. Pour champagne over fruit. 6 Servings.
