This is a cross between a peperment Patty and an After Eight chocolate mint. Its really good and sweet. And if you like mint, you'll have greatr breath. Heres to The Polar Bear Cocktail.

Ingredients: 500g Polar Bear Glutinous Rice Flour 2 cups water 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds 4 cups grated coconut meat
Directions: 1. Combine Polar Bear Glutinous Rice Flour and water in a large bowl. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and stretchy. Shape into small balls and flatten into dough patties.
2. Boil water in a large pot. Put patties into the boiling water one at a time. When the patties are cooked, they will float up to the top of the water.
3. Remove cooked patties from the boiling water. Coat each patty with grated coconut meat. Top with sugar and sesame seeds.
METHOD 1. Place the candies in a bowl. Add the whipped cream and butter. 2. Microwave for 90 seconds. 3. Add vanilla, and peanuts, mix and let stand for 10 minutes. 4. Add a little of the mixture to a tray with baking paper, forming several balls. Freeze for 10 minutes. 5. Cover each caramel circle with melted white chocolate. 6.
