How To make Honey Bear Cookies
M. PHELPS 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Butter (margarine)
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Honey
1 Egg (or equivalent egg
substitute)
1 tbsp :
water
1/2 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Rolled oats
OPTIONAL: chocolate chips Apples -- chopped Raisins
Blend vegetable oil, butter (margarine), brown sugar, honey, egg and water. Mix in flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Add oats and any of the optional ingredients. Drop in heaping teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10 hungry kids.

.wheat flour 1 and 1/2 cup or 240g
.powdered sugar 1/2 cup or 75g
.cold butter 1/2 cup or 130g
.baking powder 1 tsp
.milk 5 tbsp
.if you are using unsalted butter then use 1/4 tsp of salt

GINGERBREAD COOKIES | gingerbread man recipe
Hello everyone! This is my favorite gingerbread recipe. The cookies are soft and very aromatic. Keeps soft for a long time when stored in a closed container.
INGREDIENTS:
150g honey
100g granulated sugar
1tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves (optional)
2 tsp baking soda
130g unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 egg
400-450g flour
COOKING METHOD:
1. Put honey, sugar, and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat and add baking soda, stir (the mixture will foam and increase).
3. Add butter gradually and stir. Add egg and stir.
4. Add sifted flour and knead the dough (I took a hand mixer with hook attachments). Form a ball.
5. Roll out the dough 5mm thick between two sheets of parchment or silicone mats. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes-1 an hour.
6. Cut out the cookies and transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
7. Bake at 350F/175C for 10 minutes.

Light Bakes will hopefully be a constant vlog series here in her channel. Light loves to bake and she often watches her mommy cook/bake.
The Berenstain Bears books are her favorite books to read at the moment. So when she got this Berenstain Bears Country Cookbook from her aunt, she wanted to do the recipes right away. For some time she's just been pretending with her cooking toys only, but in this vlog, finally, she was able to really do one of the recipes in the book. Thanks to her dad who planned this father-daughter activity for them. :)
The recipe is really easy and perfect for little kiddos.
Berenstain Bears Honey Hunt Cookie Recipe (taken from the book)
What You Need:
1/2c butter, softened
1/2c packed light brown sugar
1/2c honey
1 egg
1-1/2c all purpose flour
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat together butter, brown sugar, honey, and egg in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Be sure to scrape the side occasionally.
3. Stir in all the remaining ingredients.
4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased or lined cookie sheet.
5. Bake about 7-10 minutes or until cookies are set and edges are light brown. The cookies will look shiny when they are done.
