The PERFECT Recipe for Deviled Eggs | EASY Classic Deviled Eggs
This easy deviled eggs recipe is my take on classic deviled eggs! Try this appetizer recipe out for your next brunch and let me know in the comments what you think!
INGREDEINTS
• 12 hard boiled eggs
• ½ lb bacon cut into 24 1” pieces
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
• 1 tsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning -
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• smoked paprika, to garnish
• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, to garnish
• 2 tbsp finely chopped chives, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Carefully place eggs in a large stockpot and cover with water 1-2” over the top of the eggs. Cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, shut off heat and let sit in the hot water for 12 minutes covered. Once fully cooked, transfer eggs to a bowl of cold water and let cool for 5 minutes before carefully peeling.
2. Once eggs are cool, carefully remove shells. Using a sharp & thin knife, cut eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Set yolks aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine egg yolks, mayo, yogurt, mustard, hot sauce, Chef Ange Base Seasoning - and vinegar. Using a whisk, mash eggs yolks and mix with other ingredients. Use a fork to mash any large pieces of yolk that you couldn’t get with the whisk. Once fully mixed, set egg yolk mixture and egg white halves in fridge for 1-2 hours to fully cool.
4. While eggs are cooling, brown bacon pieces on both side in a pan over medium heat. When bacon is crispy, transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
5. Fill a piping bag with a star shaped end with the egg yolk mixture and fill each egg white half. Garnish with a light dusting of smoked paprika and a little of the chopped red onion and chives on each egg. Finally, add one crispy bacon piece to each egg.

Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs
The pickle???????? where my deviled eggs folk at?!????????♀️ My family was over when I made these and they stood no chance. They were a hit to say the least.
Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs
12 eggs
1/4 cup mayo
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp horse radish
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp pickle juice
1 tsp hot sauce (I used Texas Pete’s)
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp @am.niccoli.salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp Old Bay (we prefer Bubba Gump Shrimp Seasoning???? but not as common)
Celery leaves, garnish
Sliced pickles, garnish
Start off by hard boiling your eggs. If you want to make peeling your eggs go smoothly, STEAM your eggs. I steam my eggs for at least 10 minutes and put them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Peel your eggs. To prevent ripping the whites I suggest cutting the eggs similar to how you cut an avocado (around the yolk). Place all yolks in a medium bowl and set whites aside. To the yolks, add mayo, lemon, hot sauce, horse radish, tomato paste, celery seed, pickle juice, salt and pepper. Mash everything together until relatively smooth. Scoop yolk mixture into piping bag or plastic ziplock bag and cut a small sliver of the corner. Dip inside half of egg whites into the seasoning, as shown. Fill each white half with even parts of yolk mixture. Garnish with pickle slices and celery leaves. Serve with additional celery stalks, pickles, and maybe an actual bloody mary or 2???? and enjoy!
Three Easy, Mouthwatering and Elegant Holiday Appetizers
In this video, we are going to show you how to make three quick, easy, and delicious holiday appetizers that will impress your guests. The first is the crispy quinoa patties with mayo chipotle dipping sauce; the second is a festive potato salad with jazzed-up salad dressing; and the third is garlic shrimp with guacamole spread canapés.
The first appetizer is crispy quinoa patties with a creamy and spicy mayo chipotle dipping sauce. These are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they are packed with protein and flavor. The dipping sauce adds a nice kick and complements the quinoa patties perfectly.
The second appetizer is a festive potato salad with a jazzed-up salad dressing. This is not your ordinary potato salad, because we are going to show you how to make a homemade dressing with mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon. This dressing is light, tangy, and sweet, and it makes the potato salad so much more delicious and refreshing.
The third appetizer is garlic shrimp with guacamole-spread canapés. These are bite-sized pieces of rice crackers topped with a creamy and zesty guacamole spread and juicy and flavorful garlic shrimp. These are so easy to make, and they look so elegant and appetizing.
CRISPY QUINOA PATTIES
The ultimate vegetarian starter for this Holiday season is these crispy quinoa patties. Dip them in a spicy chipotle sauce, which will transform a boring quinoa into a flavorful appetizer.
CRUNCHY QUINOA PATTY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
• 1 or 2 Eggs (Beaten)
• 2 to 3 Stalks Green Onion (Finely Chopped)
• 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (Finely Diced)
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Garlic Powder
• ½ tsp Onion Powder
• ½ tsp Ground Pepper
• 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
• Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
• Combined in a mixing bowl all of the ingredients. Mix well.
• Place 2 tablespoons of the quinoa mixture on a baking sheet. Form flat round patties. Freeze the patties in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
• Pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat on both sides until golden brown.
CHIPOTLE MAYO SAUCE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 tbsp Chipotle in Adobo Sauce
• 1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
• 1/2 cup Mayo
• 1 tbsp Lemon
• 1/2 tsp Cumin
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
• Chill for at least an hour before consuming
GARLIC SHRIMP RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
• 400 grams Shrimps (Peeled)
• 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
• 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Parsley (Chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine in a mixing bowl shrimp, smoked paprika, oregano, ¼ tsp of salt, and ¼ tsp of black pepper. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
• Sauté shrimp in a pan over high heat for 1 minute with a tablespoon of oil.
• Add minced garlic and butter. Cook for 2 minutes to fully melt the butter and to cook the shrimp. Add lemon juice and give it a quick stir.

FRESH GUACAMOLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 Avocados
• 1 cup Cilantro (Roughly chopped)
• 1-2 tbsp Lime (Add more or less)
• 2-3 stalks Green Onion
• Salt & Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
• Blend until smooth and creamy all of the ingredients in a food processor
A FESTIVE POTATO SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
• 3 Medium-sized Yukon Gold Potatoes (diced and cooked)
• 3/4 cup Carrots (Finely diced)
• Dill Pickle/gherkins (Diced)
• 1 Apple (any red apple, Diced)
• 1 stalk Green Onion (to garnish)
• Boston Lettuce (to decorate)
• 6 tsp Pomegranate (to garnish)
DRESSING:
• 3/4 cup Mayonaise
• 1 tbsp Yellow French Mustard
• 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar/ Lemon Juice
• 1/8 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Honey
• 1/4 tsp White Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
• Add diced potato, carrot, pickle, and apple. Mix well with the dressing.
• Garnish with Boston lettuce, green onion, and pomegranate.
