How To make Marinated Cubed Beef with Lime Sauce (Cambodian)
1 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper
2 tb Mushroom soy sauce
7 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 lb Sirloin, 1/2 in cubes
2 tb Lime juice
1 ts Water
2 tb Canola Oil
1 Green leaf lettuce
Combine sugar, 1 teaspoon of the black pepper, soy suace and garlic. Stir well and add the beef. Stir well to coat beef and marinade for 20 minutes or longer. Combine remaining pepper with lime juice and water. Place in a small serving bowl. Saute beef in hot oil, three to four minutes until medium rare. Arrange on platter lined with lettuce and serve with lime sauce and toothpicks, or serve as a main dish over jasmine rice. Clay Irving

Hi, here is my rendition of of a very popular dish in South East Asia, Cambodian Loc Lac (pronounced Lúc Lắc in Vietnamese). It's very simple and easy as well as delicious!!
Ingredients:
Marination:
4 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons fish sauce
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
2 Spoons of Sambal Garlic Chili Paste
Crushes Black Pepper to Season
1/3 cup corn starch
Salad:
Butter Lettuce
Firm Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Red Onions
Meat:
Rib Eye Boneless
Stir Fry:
Oil
Cubed Rib Eye
4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
4 Pinches of Sugar

Stir Fry Beef Black Pepper also known as Beef Lok Lak is so popular in Cambodia
but it is actually comes from Vietnam, where it is called bò lúc lắc.Bò means “beef” and lúc lắc means “stir” or “shake”.
The dish consist of beef marinated with black pepper stir fry together with onions, served with cucumbers and tomatoes, dipped in sauce a mixture of lime juice, salt & pepper.
The ingredients:
600 gm beef cut into 1inch cube
1-2 large onion - wedged
Some lettuce & tomatoes
Marinade:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce
3 cloves garlic - minced
1-2 tbsp black pepper
1-2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp baking soda
Stir Fry Sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Dipping sauce:
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp black pepper
3-4 tbsp lime juice
